Really any hotel in Vegas is freindly....just depends if you want to pick your lady up on the casino floor or have her come straight to your room.
I would try asking the lady which she prefers. I met a porn star in the lobby of my non-gaming hotel and it was fine. Actually I think 2 guys recognized her and pointed - it was so cool. I was the one she was holding hands with.... Anyhow there are a ton of lists about security and non security hotels. luxor you need a key to access the floors but there is usually people at the elevator so i just wait to go up with someone and let them put their card in lol

If you are comfortable meeting the gal in public and then walking to the room, I doubt you'll have a problem. Just make sure the PSE does not start until you reach the room.
Discretion is very important in that if you (or she) are overly obvious about what is going on, you could run into trouble. I have seen about a half dozen women being taken away in handcuffs from a variety of hotels including those on the upper end of the spectrum
I stay there and no one seems to care. There is no security and you do not need a key to get up. There is also a private entrance in the Mandalay Bay. It's an elevator that takes you straight to the rooms. You don't even have to go through the lobby.

I do recall you need a key to access the elevators to four seasons from MB lobby area.
I have experienced a GSR at the elevators before, he or she would even ask what floor you wanted and would press the button for you...Four Seasons service = above and beyond.
they have a nice cool lobby bar called Press, nice place to meet.
Yes, you do need a key for the private entrance. As far as the guy in the elevator, when I was there, there was no one!!
This hotel is very provider friendly with nice rooms and plenty of space. You only use your room card to access the building where your room is in and you don't have to show it to security. The only thing is you would have to meet the provider outside your building door to walk her in, since she does not have a key.
Yes, most hotel/casinos have some kind of security at the elevators, especially in the evenings. But unless your name rhymes with "Shmarack Shmobama", you will attract virtually zero attention meeting your date at the bar, or by the slots, or whatever, and then heading up to your room.
In addition, most providers have room keys from all the usual haunts (Bellagio, Aria, Cosmo, etc), and can usually just flash a key at the security people, and get waved along. Only time this is a problem is if the hotel has suddenly changed the design of the room key card, or if the client is staying on a restricted access floor, for which a valid key for that floor is necessary--so then you're back to meeting your date downstairs--or maybe on some intermediate floor, if you're really paranoid.
Only way I see a problem is if you pick up a "casino girl"--most of the security guys in a hotel know who most of the casino girls are, and might decide to hassle you, just because they can. But if you're seeing a true TER provider, this is mostly a non-issue.
Security issues are important.
If you travel to LV for a business conference or with a group of friends, you don't want to be seen bringing a lady up to your room by colleague or friend.
I once traveled alone to LV and no less than 3 people I know were staying at the hotel I'd chosen. Was able to see a provider, but met in an inconspicuous place and gave her a key.
There are common sense workarounds for almost any situation, but in this activity, the importance of discretion cannot be over emphasized.
DISCRETION Las Vegas is full of working girls no one gives them a hard time unless they are walking around soliciting witch every one knows is not smart or professional anyways if some one is coming to see you you are a paying customer to that hotel & casino that is your wife / girlfriend ect... Most girls that live here have a room key for every hotel or most. so there is no complications if you are seeing high end providers they will know what they need to do to get to you. so my advice is to stay where ever you want that makes you happy so you can enjoy your vacation your a paying guest and you can do what ever you want of course discretion being key I suggest the higher end hotel & casinos you will feel like a king and make lots of memories because that's what it's all about at the end of the day making memories and enjoying all of the luxury that Las Vegas / sin city has to offer
