This is an upsell agency in Vegas, and I would not recommend you TOFFT on her. There is a reason there are no reviews, unless of course you want to write her first.

I travel to vegas 1-2 times per year.  Seen a few providers that advertise, but it's easy to get hooked on some of the PICTURES posted by the RIPOFFS.  The pics never match reality.

Which brings the next question for those in the know...we've all seen the "providers" in the Casinos, near the elevators, etc., and we also know that there MUST be some real quality providers in Vegas....so how do you make contact with REAL quality? ($1,000 plus providers that look like Heather Locklear)

I would love to meet any of the Real LV Glamour Girls---or would love for their photographer take pictures for my portfolio of myself---they have girls with the same names and they might resemble the "The Hottie in The Picture" but you need to call any of the 25-30 well reviewed girls in Las Vegas and you will be happier with the results!

I think you'll find there are LOTS of talented and gorgeous ladies in Vegas (I just searched on those criterias and hit 100 ladies, 50 of which had reviews in the past month). Some for quite a bit less than $1K an hour.

You missed the point of the question.  I'm here, I have a membership, I can read the reviews, and that's WHY I asked the question...let me try again...

We know what's advertised and reported here on TER, BUT when in Vegas I visually OBSERVE more talent than is reported on here ("10's" by the security checkpoints at elevators, in the lounges, etc.).  What is the best way to make contact with these "10's" and have realiable references?  Is there some guy named "Vinnie the Master LV Concierge"?   Thoughts.

Note your question implies TER ladies are not quality, which apparently wasn't what you intended. Reprinted in full here, just so you understand why I answered as I did:

I find the ladies that are highly TER rated ARE pretty damned gorgeous and real quality providers- so I don't quite get why you aren't finding what you need there, but to each their own, I suppose. Another possibility you might examine is that a lot of models who escort in LA and are reviewed on TER will probably do a Vegas visit for a couple thou as well- and if you are willing to drop a thou for a Heather Locklear ringer, what's another thousand? That's another option you might consider if you are dead set on expensive, high class arm candy and the local Vegas TER-reviewed talent does not fill the bill.

The way to make contact with the ladies you see in the casino? Get a hotel room at Mandalay Bay, the Venetian, Bellagio, Wynn, (the higher-class hotels work best for this) go down to the casino bar, make eye contact with the gorgeous lady sitting alone playing bartop video poker or talking into a cell phone. Repeat as needed until someone says "Are you looking for company?" or something similar. That's really all you need to do- no calls to Vinnie are necessary. I've had this happen to me walking past the casino bar. (The reason why you get a room in the hotel is most girls won't want to leave the hotel with you- too much risk of being dumped in a ditch for them, and quite often they aren't staying at the hotel, although sometimes that's true as well and they'll invite you to their room. Your hotel room being there maximizes your chances.)

I would note that it's a total crapshoot what kind of service you are going to get this way. A lot of gorgeous girls who aren't getting reviews on TER, don't have websites, and so on, have the attitude that their beauty far outwieghs their performance- and aren't going to be into the session for anything other than the ca$$$$$$$$$$h, and will short you for time, be a dead fish, tell you to hurry up, and so on. (This hasn't happened to me in Vegas, since I tend to stick to reviewed ladies, but the girl who made my first TER review went much like this- I responded to an Eros ad with 9's in appearance and mixed service reviews on TER because she was SO DAMNED HOT. I've heard similar stories about working bar girls in Vegas, though.)

But hey, Vegas is all about gambling, isn't it- and maybe you'll find a cutie/weekend warrior who's a 10 in looks AND in the sack. I've seen people say that happened to them as well. Good luck and happy hunting!

Yes, it may be "grass looks greener syndrome", BUT it seems to me that the BEST LOOKING GIRLS aren't adverstising or being reviewed.  It could be as you say that they are limp performers, but I gotta believe that there is a small population of total babes in Vegas that;

1)  Charge a lot because they are selective, are worth it, and don't really want to be a volume dealer.

2) Will only talk to you if you are friends with a certain bar tender or casino manager, etc.

That's what I'm looking for.  Framkly a high volume provider is not that appealing to me.  Part of the conquest I suppose.  I've bought a few "10's" out of Topless bars around the country and had some fun there, BUT Vegas has SOOO MUCH EYE CANDY.

If I were a 10 provider, would I really want to be reviewed a lot, or wouldn't I rather prefer word-of-mouth with reliable connections???

First, bar girls don't want to leave the property they are at because it eats into the amount of time they have available to them.  If you're staying at the Tropicana and you look for someone at Mandalay Bay, that's about 15 minutes back and forth in a cab vs just running up to your room at MB and figuring out if you want some action or not at the price negotiated.

Second, there are probably some pretty exclusive providers out there.  But I'd seriously doubt they'd be pushed by lower level casino employees.  As much as this town is nicknamed sin city, there are some moral/scrupulous casino workers that would have nothing to do with the illicit side of this town.  Besides, I don't think $1k would be enough for some of these people (maybe $10k/hr).

Third, I think anyone charging $500 or more is doing exactly what they want, charging enough to keep most of the riff raff away while keeping the serious players interested.  The fact that they may have lots of great reviews just goes to show that they really care about taking care of their customers and enough of them are so happy about it that they have to tell two friends (well, on TER it's probably more than 2).

Fourth, there is a class of providers out there and a forum devoted to them, porn stars.  The more popular ones are charging over $1k/hr if they decide to have private sessions with their fans.

Fifth, as a few have stated in this thread, there are a lot of under the radar girls out there.  There's a good reason for that... they provide bad service at the overly inflated prices in a place called sin city.  Trying to find the GFE types in that crowd is like hitting 4 deuces on a deuces wild video poker machine.  You can try a lot but most of the time you don't find what you're looking for.

Lastly, I think Vegas has a lot of eye candy because the place tends to attract the beautiful people and a vast majority of these people don't work as escorts. Just head into any popular nightclub here in town, I'd say a vast majority don't work as sex workers.

Actually I know $1K wouldn't do it (probably at least $2.5K-$5K, and I have no problem with that), but the "exclussive" providers that don't advertise is what I'm looking for.  You're right about all the "eye candy" and most are NOT in the "business".

What I've found on the board though, is that there are more "9-10's" in LA and FL than in LV.  BUT when you look around in LV it's that eye candy thing.  DRIVES ME NUTTS!!!

My hunch is that I'm still missing a conduit, or an "opportunity".  I think the moderate success that I've had in strip clubs is one (last one was $3.5K and well worth it...I never post and she asked that I don't anyway), but you gotta know that one of those Venetician Cocktail waitresses, or Rio show girls, etc. can be bought.  (Okay, my fantasy I suppose, but I'm going to keep trying).
