.....are there now?

    I was under the impression that those who are unmoderated would be able to instantly post and all moderated posts would appear in 15 min.  This doesn't appear to be happening, making me wonder if I, for example, am in another level of moderation that requires more time.

    I'm posting this question as a time test and also, here, rather than trying to write the Staff, incase others are wondering as well.

    If anyone cares, I was unmoderated until resently and then, apparently, put on moderation for a post regarding the policy surrounding a banned Provider.  Even though her name wasn't mentioned, that apparently is against the rules.  So, now being moderated, for everyone's safety, I'm unclear on why my posts aren't going up in 15 mins and wondering if I will be paying less for membership w/o full services.

    Any help on this would be appreciated.

The Low and Behold comment I made was after I noticed that my posts were immediately going up upon posting, just like the old way was. Now, not sure who advocatedevil is but there seemed to be some validity to what he/she/it was saying. lol

the team who is doing approvals, and originally promised 15 minute approvals, is understaffed and overwhelmed, so 15 minutes is more of a goal than a guarantee.

.......I can easily understand that you, personally, aren't available 24/7.

Even Mods need a little free time for sampling.

I think each board has it's own mod too. I was on the Los Angles board and I moderated. That's fine, I think it is ironic that I come here and see your post though.

I didn't realize anyone was approving each post. That must be a strange task.

for Doc Gonzo to moderate you. lol Could have been a pre-Doc moderation though too.

I would send him a PM and tell him you're sorry for whatever the hell it was. Bet he un-moderates you.

It's got to be a hard job and obviously a 24/7 one at that.

We no longer have the 15 minutes or less system in place.

Typical moderated posting times are under 1 hour to be approved.

ah well i had no idea!!! yes I'd love to be able to tempt and tease the LA people as much as possible

....and if any feel their post, or responses won't be relative at that point......we can just forget about it and just read what the select few have to say, or move on.

I just paid the TER fee and posted in the forum.  It is  being held as we speak.

Paying for VIP does not get you unmoderated.  participation, good behavior, and asking nicely do.

Unmoderation is a status that is earned, and it can be earned by anyone, VIP or not.

If your post was there and then disappeared, there is a very good chance that I pulled it, not the approval team.  I am the second line of defense.  if I pulled it, it (or if it was a response to a post) was most likely in contravention of the rules.
