They live on the other side of the country. Called last night, and my brother said they were taking her in so he had to get off the phone. That's the last I heard of anything.

I'm going to assume everything is alright cuz if it wasn't I'd know about it by now.

Stepmom's flying out there Sunday cuz my sister-in-law doesn't have a mom to help them out.

Mikey's going to become an uncle here in about a half an hour.

Sister told me our little brother's wifey is gonna poke out a nephew tonight at 10 pm eastern time.

Don't have any kids of my own, that I know of *wink*, so I'm kinda tripping on this.

Anyone wanna share some kind of enlightenment on how I should be supportive?

Gonna call him as soon as I get off this.

I'm 43 and I have NEVER changed a diaper!

Had a GF once. Her and her 2yo lived with me and the little girl and I were watching TV one day while her mom was out doing something. She came back and asked me 'don't you smell that?'. I said 'smell what?'. Apparently Cassandra shit herself and Tina was pissed I didn't change her diaper.

Oh well. I've watched it done, guess I could do it if I applied myself. ;)

Stay sober for at least 36 hours so you can actually enjoy and remember the wonderful experience. Babies are always worth backing off for.

Father of 3 daughters; all grown up with 1 granddaughter and another one on the way in May. Having one of your own changes you for ever.
