I've stayed there like 10 times now.  I wonder if they will contact me?  They sure contacted me when I walked out on a $170 bar tab lol.

They are trying to contact close to 18,000 people who stayed there during the time frame the effected people were also staying there.

That City Center project was been one big fiasco from the beginning.  It's the worst thing to hit Las Vegas since Wayne Newton's toupee.  

Six people died in construction accidents as it was being built.  Dozens of small construction subcontractors going out of business due to MGM-Mirage delaying, withholding, and/or reducing payments that were owed for work performed.  The Harmon Hotel sitting half unfinished after substandard and unauthorized construction methods were used (and now a structural engineering firm has just released a report saying the building would topple during a strong earthquake!).  And now, top it all off, Eva Longoria is closing her nightclub (Eve) there.

At this rate, a few cases of Legionnaires' Disease would be considered a slow news day for the City Center.

The rest I can't help but agree with... total shit show with City Center all the way around.  It's too bad actually and it's all the result of greed.  Welcome to Vegas right?  Shit.

I stood outside the nature photographer's gallery in the mall area not long after City Center opened and was appalled by the smell coming from the grates in the ground that could only be described as 'bad fart'. The salesman from the gallery said the smell was there pretty much all the time. Yuk! Too bad...beautiful facility.
