Okay, looking thru P4 and I found this cutie, but she doesn't have any TER reviews...thoughts???

I wouldn't have any issues with seeing her.  Looking at her website, she offers duos with another well established lady.

There are lots of ladies who don't have reviews or have very little ad presence.  

You wouldn’t have any issues with seeing her. But at her rate $500 and no idea of her menu, a think the OP was looking for a response more along the lines of someone actually spending time with her.

And it is easy for me to say. I've seen ladies who require more than this without them having reviews or knowing "the menu".

If you want to order from a menu, go to a restaurant.

I have to agree with the HappyCamper. I don't normally see unreviewed providers either, but she looks good, She has a professional website, she does duos with a VERY established provider, and at $500 hr, she is not unreasonable for the LV market.

 
The one thing I would most likely do before booking with her would be to reach out to Brook to see if she will vouch for her, Well actually, if it were me that's probably as far as I would get as I'd probably just go see Brook, she's fucking smoking, but I digress. lol If Brook vouches for her, I would say that would be good enough for me too. Who knows, being new, she might be at the stage of her career where she is willing to "try harder" in order to establish a good reputation.

Exactly, she looks great and her P4 menu is good, but would she actually deliver? P4 for is typically good, but I've heard LE has used it in the past to bust hobbyists.  I like to see at least 1 or 2 TER reviews on a lady just to see if they are legit. My little brain wants to give it a shot, but my big brain is saying is it worth it??

Simply reach out to her "doubles partner" who has PLENTY of reviews and ask her if number one, she would vouch for her, and number two, if her friend has any rules that she does not have.

 
I would be willing to take a providers word who has 100 reviews and a reputation to uphold just as much as I would take the word of some random reviewer who may or may not have any taste at all, much less tastes similar to my own. Do you really think Brook is going to vouch for a provider, and put her own reputation on the line for a woman she isn't pretty damn sure about?

There are several that fit into this category quite nicely.

Just find it interesting that you havent mentioned being in Vegas from what I remember.

I lived in LV from the late 70's up through the mid-80s although I traveled a lot during that period of time and didn't live in LV non stop during that period.

 
I do get to LV periodically, but no where near as often as I used to. I did make a couple of M&Gs in LV, but the last one was several years ago.
