The encounter did happen. There are only two sentences in it that are true. It's not a particularly bad review, it just isn't truthful. It's just not worth making waves about.

i suppose the power of numbers, 100 good to 1 bad , exaggerating a bit - but .....
Absolutely. I have found staff very thorough and fair in investigating matters like this. Write them and tell them why it's fake. They'll contact the author of the review and make him prove it's real. I went through this once, and it was handled beautifully.
