Appreciate everyone's intel, at this stage of our great hobby anytime I'm donating more than 500 roses I like to be sure the talent level is there.  I've had so many great women, looks and attitude wise, for far less that with rare exception I find the over 500 crowd usually meets the looks requirements, but lacking in the attitude/service dept.
