I'm new to this TER thing & I can't seem to get into the chat room. How's that work?

You need to be a VIP member to have access to the chat rooms.  Do you have VIP membership?

Second, if and when you get a profile (that is, your first review), you should have your user name linked to it so that the "See my TER Reviews" will show up every time you post on the discussion board.  You can have that done by contacting TER from the "Contact Us" link at your "Account Manager" or e-mailing [email protected].

You dont have to be a VIP member to have access to the Chat Room. I say that as Im not at the moment and just went right to the site. Not that there was any activity at 8:30 AM EST. btw lol

Just click on the options as they appear and you will get there.
