Drive to a legal brothel in Nye County (nearest ones are Sheri's Ranch and Chicken Ranch near Pahrump, NV; about an hour drive).  If you have the cash, they can provide the company.

Less than sure things:
1) A good indie.  Doubt it since they require more notice and require info for safety reasons.  Unless you already have cred with one of them.
2) Agencies.  To your room in a short time.  Lots of them.  Girls work for tips.
3) Bar girls.  Similar to agency girls but they hang out.  Same situation (work for tips).

Other options, not terribly satisfying.  If you have VIP access, doing a search will help narrow down your options.

Just be aware that there's a huge premium for companionship in this town.  If you can't afford it, you can always stick to a few lap dances inside one of the local strip clubs.  No extras for the most part but nice lap dances.
