So, my wife and I are heading to Vegas for a week of fun, debauchery, and pinball, and we've decided to hit a strip club or two (thinking Spearmint or CH3?) and I just realized that I haven't been to a strip club in well over a decade.  So, these questions might sound silly, but bear with me...

Is the dollar still the base denomination? Or has it increased in value?  I mean, should I have a stack of $1s to use as minor tips for the stage dancers, or should I have a stack of 5's?

Do the clubs have set amounts for a private dance, or are those set by the individual dancers?

Is minor touching (with the girl's consent) allowed in Vegas, or should we really be almost sitting on our hands?

Finally, are the clubs in Vegas full-nude?  or are they topless if drinks are served?

I've only been back in Vegas for a few months, and have been out twice in clubs as a guest of gents who wanted to watch me get lap dances.  It was really fun!  We went to CH3, and Hustler's.  Both were very nice, spacious and clean.

I know Cheetahs is pretty lenient on touching, at least in the VIP room, and women can get away with more than men....I am not the right person to fill you in on all the clubs, but I would say a stack of singles will be much appreciated, along with lap dances for the both of you.  I usually tip $2 at a time on the stage, and I tip every dancer.

Have fun!  Dancers love to play with ladies, you will be the center of attention!

Dollars are still acceptable especially if you are sitting at the stage.  I usually keep a stash of just ones in one pocket and put 20's in the other for lap dances.  Lap dance cost will depend on the place and on the dancer.  I'd suggest asking the host or bartender what a lap costs, usually there is a standard house price, but girls will quote above or below.  Most places I've been to touching has been pretty liberal and the girl will often lead (don't interpret liberal as insertion of anything anywhere)  more so groping.  Nudity depends on the club so you would need to research that ahead of time.

In Las Vegas, if alcohol is served, it is only topless.  There is one exception to that rule.  That is The Palomino.  The Palomino is grandfathered in, thus drinking is allowed with full nudity.  In addition, there are a couple of nude clubs, but no alcohol.
