not require a key card tp access the elevators? Thanks

i think you can still up stairs in the cosmo without one. So many require it now or have someone checking for key cards these days. The m resort doesnt either

I don't know if the Strat is considered on or off the Strip, but the last time I was there (last month) they didn't require key cards in the elevators.
