We have heard enough from both sides now. It seemed a little like a Mike Tyson and Lewis weigh-in and press conference, minus the blows being thrown (no pun) and leg biting. Now let’s get serious if this is to be an event of importance.

I for one need clarification on several fronts. I’m sure others do too.

1. Where is this to be held?
Everyone is going to want to know the exact date and time of the event. We spectators need to plan around the event for scheduling. There has been some rumor that it was on the 25th (only 3-days if true), but never confirmed for sure. What is the exact time of the spin-off?

2. What will be the location of the event?
Don't forget there are spectators, and even bettors that will be in attendance. Will this be a facility that is going to allow fat, ugly, unconditioned people to go in and gawk at this spectacle? And some may be like me. I am a boxing aficionado, and will be expecting blood, sweat and tears. In the best case we will witness someone either fall off the bike, pass out or puke in the process of loosing.

3. What are the ground rules?
What is the tension on the bikes to be set at? Is there a time limit? Can trainers or coaches be directly involved or only from a distance? What are the stop/rest rules if any? These questions need to be answered and agreed upon by both parties.

4. What is the actual winners take on this event?
Is money on the line between you? Or, does one have to kiss the others ass in public and in front of their fans and supporters? There has to be high stakes involved to make this a success. Will we be allowed side betting? Will there be other kinds of betting such as time of first drink of water by either one, or total event time, or who pukes first, etc. These all make it more Super Bowlesq.

5. Who is holding the prize if there is one?
The prize is still not determined as mentioned above. Who will handle the side bet money? Will there be odds or a spread involved. True gamblers need to know these things.

6. Will this be the final and last spin-off?
In other words, no rematches allowed. No best two out of three contests here. This is the one and only till the death (hope not) spin-off that will set the record straight for both of you and for all concerned. I don’t want to see this again. Lol

All this questions and possibly more need to be answered and soon. If we cannot get the details agreed to and signed, this event may never happen. I know you have both been in training and are looking forward to your match with one another. But the rest of us need some answers and not just trash-talking. If I don’t see answers to the above, I will be latching onto a provider for a couple hours and have my own event and not bother with all this nonsense.

Competitors please respond. Suggestions from spectators are also welcome. As the old boxing referee and judge from Reno, Mills Lane would say “LET’S GET IT ON”!!!

Really.. Spinner has been in TRAINING..?? wow.. Thats great.. I was doing very well. this last week. both physically and mentally.. life is the BEST.. and then something happened.. Chirp in LJ if I get something wrong .... Since I have never been to this fitness center I don't have a clue as to their rules as far as fans are concerned ... To my knowledge the event will be held at LJ's fitness club in Summerlin which is Agassi's 24 hour fitness at 2090 Village Center circle .... This Saturday March 25th

We will spin in a class with one of LJ's instructors .... most likely it will be the 8 a.m. class since I'll be playing in a blackjack tourney later that morning .....

Months ago LJ told me to put my Spinning where my mouth was ... so I took up the challenge ... I must maintain a level 7 (bike tension) for the majority of the class  ... I must complete the class without puking, hurling, and most importantly quiting ..... I'm allowed 3 rest breaks during the class (those are usually taken during transition periods in the class)

If I live through it I WIN !!!!!!! ....

LJ can re challenge me as many times as she likes (because I don't plan on ever letting her win)RFLMAO !!!!!!!

As far as bets .. If I win LJ can kiss my ass (lol) and have a BBQ in my honor at her house on a mutual agreed upon weekend (everyone invited)...I recall this was in the works at one time

If LJ wins I've suggested that she change my handle to whatever she wants ....

Victory Beer Frames Party

To all the nay sayer friends of mine that don't think I have a chance in hell of pulling this off you can all buy me a beer or two at the Victory party to be held at the Orleans (gator bar) around 8:00 pm Sarurday night followed by my treat Pizza at Metro Pizza just down the street. 8a Sat, the gym looks usually normal...not too busy...well, I'll know who all the posters are!!!

If you see some guy who looks like a fly on the wall, well, you never know, that particular 24h Fitness is very close to my home. I'm going to be doing what I do best, minding my own business and doing my usual 45-60 min of cardio...

BTW, LJ, what's up with the Treadclimber machines? They ever coming back?

I think someone fucked up on design.  When I would go to the Trop 24 they were always broken.  Last time, there was a sign, "treadclimber 2 coming soon"  Uh yeah, a design flaw somwhere.

I hope to make it for this event and will probably join in too.

...I mean, they put a gym with his name on it, you think they would have cooler equipment. Not even a Precor 556/576 series (LA has those, at least).Treadclimber is the best aerobic workout I've seen, next to actually running/jogging at the beach. I dunno...they're selling them online, there are various models...makes me wonder. They were very popular, no wonder they were breaking down.

I have a Gold's membership, renewal in Vegas is only $99..gonna have to make a trip to The Mecca, they always have the newest stuff there.

LJ, i thought i had seen on a post that you had retired?  Is that true....if so I missed calling you the last couple of times in town!  Shucks....Saw you a couple of years back and want to cum back to Vegas....

Summerlin a bit far for those visiting.  Maybe the 24 hour fitness on Trop and Decatur.  Might have to be a non-class situation since those spin classes can get booked up fast.
