You think I am so small that you couldn't find it without a bush trim?

Didn't they teach you anything in provider school?

Just practice saying (breathlessly):

"Oh I'm not sure it will fit"
"I've never seen one so large"
"You need an extra pant leg to store that thing"

And then there is always:

A question for providers....

I recently had a provider describe manscaping as "gay".

I generally groom "down there" in advance of an appointment.  My thought is that I appreciate a woman grooming as opposed to a full bush and wonder if ladies appreciate a little manscaping?

Follow-up question:  Do any ladies enjoy providing manscaping services?

I think we had this topic on the GD board awhile back...

I've "manscaped" my entire adult life.  For me personally, it's a comfort/hygiene thing.  I'm one of those people who can never be *too cold*.  I keep my A/C running almost year-round (split my time between the northeast and Vegas).  If the temperature goes above the low-60s, I start sweating.  A lot.

So I've always manscaped; it keeps me a little more comfortable (I'm lucky enough to not need to impress anybody anymore, so "formal attire" for me generally means t-shirts and shorts--but that area is generally going to have a fair number of layers of clothing over it, and that means I'll be perspiring), and tends to prevent funky odors coming from that area.  Prior to an appointment, I make sure I'm well-groomed down there--most of the ladies I know have either not said a word, or actually appreciated the effort.

A provider who would describe manscaping as "gay" strikes me as a provider who hasn't "been around" all that much--and also one who may have trouble hanging onto clients; I mean, we all know that you didn't take the comment seriously, but what if you did?  Do you really need to see a provider who describes your grooming and hygiene habits as being "gay"? (We're going to assume for the moment that you are not into kinky play, and don't have any secret desires for humiliation play ;-)  ;)

If enough of the ladies comment here, I'm sure you'll find that either they prefer a well-groomed gentleman, or have no preference.

A lady providing such a service.  Wow.  Never thought of that.  I'm not sure I'd really want to waste clock time on that.  But who knows?  For a sufficiently long appointment, it could be fun.  Just make sure the lady knows what she's doing down there, I guess..

...and not an option, IMO!
I have a guy who gets a Brazlian when he comes to Vegas.  Now that's an extreme but a nice trim is MOST appreciated!  As it is on your end, I assume!!

While this topic is open, any recommends for an electric for manscaping.  I just started doing it in February, like the feel and seems the providers prefer it.  I picked up a Norelco Body Pro last trip, but it didn't seem like it was cutting anything, so went back to razor.  Also, like the dumb guy I am, I assumed all you ladies waxed.  But the last few appointments I've had, two of the ladies came with a couple of days "5 o'clocK" shadow.  Looked kind of dirty.  I don't know about the other gentlemen, but I shave my face at the latest an hour before an appointment.  Even when I just go to a massage parlor!  I assumed that was part of what you required when advertising will only see well groomed gentleman.  Shouldn't the ladies be well groomed?

>>>any recommends for an electric for manscaping

Years ago I was admitted to the hospital for several major operations. The nurses had a kind of hand-held safety razor that had a blade enclosed in a plastic housing.  These safety razors were great - I was never cut once and a nurse was nice enough to let me keep one.  It was really handy for cutting off body hair.  You can find them online and they might work.

They don't work well for "heavy" hair.  They can't cut a beard or 'stache, for example.  I doubt they could do anything about the pubes for somebody like Ron Jeremy but they worked for me

I use nair, easy and no more cuts , I little irritable for a day the

I FULLY appreciate a man that does landscaping. It tells me he has actually thought about our time together and what I would like and appreciate. I am also open to helping a man manscape.

Heh, I knew you would be in my corner--but then again, you've seen my "proof of work"..  ;-)

I'm sure everyone of the ladies would agree that no one wants to deal with a man bush lol. I appreciate a man that cares for himself prior to visiting with me, especially if he is hairier that most. I mean, who wants to pick hair out of their mouth during a sesh? (Was that too blunt?) lol I've had several of my clients join me in the shower prior to the main event, who I've helped trim & they seemed to love it! I can't believe anyone would call manscaping gay...

No you are not too blunt. I don't want your hair in my mouth and vice versa.
Interesting thoughts on helping me trim. I may have to try it, may be fun. Of course, only with an experienced professional

Most definitely with someone that knows what they're doing! Otherwise you may end up missing a ball! Lol

It's not gay, and mosy girls do not want a pubic floss when giving a BJ.  I keep myself groomed and shaved.  You'll get better service groomed.  I had fun shaving the ladies too.

It seems like the older we men get the more our hair migrates from the top of our head to our backs, ears and nose. I get waxed on a regular basis but never a brazillian (The pain of it all). I shave down below using shaving gel. For other parts I use Conair electric clippers while using the closest gaurd.

Umm I think whoever said that to you- is out of their mind.

Who would't appreciate grooming down there ?? That is just crazy.

Now I do understand that there are some gents out there who would love to do a full manscape but
unfortunately maybe can not as it may raise an eyebrow at home with Wife/SO/GF ... if this is something they haven't ever done before .
So at least a little trim is recommended.
but is understood if not possible.

Any gent that can do full blown manscape ......... score points ;-) ;-)
If any gent needs help with manscape , I have done that many times and I love and enjoy grooming........it is actually fun foreplay *wink wink*

Well, looks like vote here is everyone loves well grooming for men and women.
So who is saying gay ???? they should read this thread ;-)

licking skin is better then licking hair .......for both parties ;-)

I pondered this issue for sometime.  It always felt like a tug of war.

The debate always turned to whether the girl you were with had a preference for, what she perceived, masculine/musk bold type of engagement or whether she enjoyed a more feminine encounter.

I've had some former GFs who were appalled at the idea of shaving below - but I've met some females who were equally repulsed by the site of a bush.

I figured I'd keep it on the safe side and not shave completely, but trim it down - keep it trimmed and tidy.  This has kept both camps happy.

Eventually I came across a device that made it easier to groom, so I've used http://www.amazon.com/Philips-Norelco-BG2040-BodyGroom-Pro/dp/B0037HP9OA

It helps reduce my hang time and is just cleaner in general. Few want me pounding away for 40 minutes and being "scaped" seems to speed things up.
