At this point, you can take your chances with the other options out there or write it off to poor planning.  Of course, if you want to drop a lot of cash on a provider, there's a lot of options out there and it's a crap shoot if they perform up to expectations.  The legal option is to hit one of the brothels near Vegas (see Speed Racer's response to a thread below which for a post here has a lot of good nuggets of info).  Bar girls, agencies, stripper takeout, streetwalkers, UTR incalls/brothels, overpriced massage parlors, etc.  Just be aware that the drivers (taxi/limo) are getting paid to steer you to a particular place.
