For years the Monte has been my Vegas "home".  IMO, hands down the best value on the strip!   But now with the pending completion of the MGM Arena and "Central Park" connecting it to the Strip, it's stock has gone up.  I was informed last fall it would be undergoing a major upgrade beginning later this year.  No question their rates will rise accordingly.  I get it....Business 101!
