Here is my question. I am not at all new to the scene when it comes to being a companion. However when it comes to Las Vegas I am fresh meat 100%
Since I have been here I have posted quite a few ads and have gotten a total of 0 booked appointments.
So am I doing something wrong? Perhaps advertising in the incorrect place? Or is this just one of those places where it is better to be in the casino where the action is. Is it maybe better to join a service? Advice

I wouldn't give up just yet ! Keep advertising and I am sure a beautiful women like you will be fine. It is the Holiday season after all, I do not imagine anyone is SUPER busy
Not many pre-bookings & that is why I always require a deposit to book, so I know my trip is paid for. Casino's always have action, but also LE beware. LV is a fun city!
Same for me ! I used to be in several cities on the East coast and just posting ads here I got appointments , here I have not had the same results , also with ads on Eros ! However I don't think is a good idea to be in the casino
I was in Las Vegas last month and took notice of your ads. I noticed, but did not buy. The reason has more to do with the fact I tend to stick to the same providers versus trying a new flavor every time. My observations regarding your web presence:
Your website is very well done, but if you take P411 as adequate for references. It would be helpful to note that on your site.
Your P411 page lists reviews from TNA, but if I click on a review all I get is a sign in page and no information. I have never used the TNA site. My perspective at that point is "why bother".
Your performance reviews on TER are kind of so so. They are not negative, but they don't really lead me to believe that your are going to knock my socks off. I don't typically see providers who would have a rating below an 8 for performance. There are a lot of choices in Las Vegas.
Having never been a provider (I keep offering to have sex with women if they pay me, but no takers thus far), I would suggest the following:
To those gents who gave you lower ratings, I would offer them a session to see if you can improve their perceptions of your performance. Not suggesting you discount your rates, but as I indicated the reviews are basically positive so I presume they would be willing to meet with you and if they updated a review, your old ones from them roll off. I know a provider who did this and it really improved her averages.
Reach out to some of the more active reviewers for Las Vegas and offer to introduce yourself. Since you say you're not busy, what would get me to try you would be to take you out to dinner followed by private time and paying for only the private time.
This advice is offered with great respect and please feel free to ignore any of it or all of it.

My hats off to your guts though. It's one thing to be a "reviewed girl" it's another to be critiqued on a public board.
If you're cool with it, more power to you, but it would acceptable if you asked for PMs.

The problem is that on an initial screening, I just look at the numbers. Can't imagine that is uncommon.
I'm going to give you my side of it but I'm pretty sure that this may speak for a few. The ads posted are good just to let me know who's there or who may be out there when I'm there. I'll check out the pictures posted and reviews, that's it.I would store it in my "favorite" list. But I would never pre-book because my schedule always changes from minute to minute when I'm in Vegas. And I'm not that organized or dependable when I'm there. I could go the restroom from the casino and a young lady could give me a wink and a smile, and the next thing I know we're talking about the weather and then I'm making it rain on her in my room. Plus I would hate to forget my appointment (See my review of Kristy made). I sorta learned to “played by ear” and I try to let any lady that I know that. Most or all are very understanding. I may call or text a lady maybe 1-2 hours before the time I think I'm going to meet her with the understanding that if she's available great if not then that's cool, I'll try another day. There's more but I'm running long but I hope you kinda get it.

By the way, your gallery of pictures is nice, your rate is cool. The reviews, not so bad so I dunno why I didn't see you....
I look at her review scores and that puts me off a little. Both the score and the review text need to be taken into consideration. That's just IMHO.

It looks like two dudes gave her good reviews with undervalued numbers. Last 7 she got the guy was a CBJer, that's 10% of hobbyists, a prerogative we all have. Maybe because of that TER, or the reviewer thought, all he was allowed to offer was a 7? Her profile and other reviews say she has a broader menu.
Based on the written reviews being so positive, and since she only has 5 reviews, I think she has an reasonable basis to request the reviewers to consider adjusting their scores.
And really, anybody with enough stones to come out and post an open question like this deserves a second look.
Either that or she meant to post it on the providers only board and she is cringing with all these replies? Hope she comes back to add closure.
Hang in there and build some relationships / trust. I have not seen your ads because I've honestly been a little out of the program for the time being so I can't honestly critique.
What I can tell you though... hitting the casinos is a bad idea and if you get busted for solicitation / prostitution... you will not even be able to get a job at a decent place in LV being a dishwasher with the work card requirements for at least two years even if the business wanted to hire you due to work card / licensing requirements. No nightclub jobs, no bar jobs and you can't even get a work card to work in the strip joints.
Don't take the shortcut and start trolling the casinos because you'll end up paying in the long run. No shortage of ladies who found that out the hard way.

Thank you all for your input as it is appreciated. I asked a few of my reviewers what it was that made my performance rating lower. I was told that TER would only let them give me a certain score based off of the information in the reviews, one (who was a cbj) said that because I am listed as GFE I am technically supposed to provide bbbj services. Because It was not, he was not allowed to score me as high as he'd liked to. I am still learning the configuration of the TER site and was unaware how important these numbers are to the gents who view them. I will work on getting more reviews although this has been a challenge with no appointments being booked. I received a good number of very useful information from this post and I just would like to thank all of the gentleman as well as the ladies who have helped me with my delema. I see that I have a few things that need to be adjusted that may be throwing people off. Happy holidays to everyone
