Hello, was debating whether or not I should attend an upcoming EWS in January. There is also a Meet and Greet on that same weekend. Is the EWS pretty much the same as a Meet and Greet? I noticed the real difference is there is an entrance fee where as the M&G's don't have one. Was thinking of just attending the Meet and Greet unless there is a real benefit of doing the EWS. Thanks.

Meet and Greet - you get to meet ladies and make private arrangements for afterparty in private or at later date.

EWS - you get to have both

While meet and greets in Las Vegas do not have a fixed admission charge, it is certainly not free to put them on much of the time. We appreciate the community members who contribute the suggested donation or more, and it is likely that someone who was unwilling to contribute to meet and greets might find their invitations hard to come by after a while.

The difference between Eyes Wide Shut and a M&G is both the fee and the nature of the event. You should of course attend whatever you feel suits your needs and  budget best... and we look forward to seeing you there.

Oh I know it definitely isn't free to set up Meet and Greets. I understnad the time, effort, etc. it takes to get a place and so many beautiful and talented women in one place. Thanks. I may consider it and hope to see you there.

...you more thoroughly read the announcements regarding each event on the M&G Board.  Inside each announcement is another link that takes you to the nitty gritty details.  The two events are on different days.  They are very much dissimilar events.  Well, in as much as the M&G doesn't require Black Tie and Masks.  LOL

Two totally different events with greatly different atmospheres and expectations.

Meet & Greets are exactly what the name implies.  You go to meet the ladies and other gentlemen and get to klnow them a little.  Some make pre-arranged plans to go home with someone afterward, others hope they may find someone new that they would like to see and others go just to socialize.  Every M&G that I've been to has generally been about a $100 donation per gent to cover costs.

EWS is a much smaller gatering of people with a totally different expectation from what I've heard.  I think many of the gents know each other and I think it's a much more "formal" type of evening.  Thus the requirement for tuxedos and a much higher fee.  I also think you have be comfortable with what will occur and need to be a bit of an exhibitionist.

Only you can decide what is best for you & your budget.

... you seem to be missing the "we ask the community to help defray our expenses" part. They are rather considerable.

We're not in it to make money (I'd probably put my expenses at running Vegas M&Gs over the years in substantial four figures- I don't think I've hit five yet- and Doc Gonzo's are even larger)... but we're certainly not in it to spend money if people can't help out, either.

In instances where M&G expenses have been minimal (events where the venue is provided for free, and there's a cash bar, for instance), we've not asked for donations.
