This doesn't belong on this board but I don't know where else to go.  I'll be visiting Vegas in a couple of weeks and I was planning to stop by a strip club or two.
I keep hearing about a law that makes lap dances illegal or something to that effect.
Can someone fill me in a little and let me know if they're still worth going to, or should I skip it and save my money?
They're not all like Glitter Gulch now, are they?  UGH!!!

Go to OG, Crazy Horse II and Cheetahs.   They are not affected by the new laws.

I agree with BigPoppa. Olympic Garden, Cheetas and Crazy Horse II are your best bet.  I love Olympic Garden best, but any should be a gasss!  Try them during the day for your highest mileage dances.  Less bouncer interference in my experience.

Good Luck,

Tril

P.S. A website you might try is TUSCL.com

Try researching the strip club action on stripclublist.com, tuscl.com was the best but has gone down hill with a new owner.

I don't think the Palimino is affected by the new ordinance either.  But OGs, CH2, and Cheetah's are always good bets.

Stole this from www.vegasafter10.com:

The original proposal banned the dancer's buttocks, groin and breasts from touching any part of the customer's body. Strip club lawyers met with the county commissioners and compromised with a new set of rules:

Dancers can grind their butt and privates on a customer's leg, but not their feet.
Dancers' breasts cannot touch the customer.
Dancers can touch customers' butts.
Dancers can simulate sex acts such as oral sex or masturbation, but cannot simulate bestiality or sadomasochistic abuse.
VIP must be visible from the rest of the club, or on monitors for viewing during police visits.
No one under 18 can work in clubs that serve alcohol.
You will no longer be able to put your money in the dancer's G-string.

The laws that you heard about are for the county, but have not been adopted by the city. Therefore, any club in the city of Las Vegas' jurisdiction has not been affected by them, but any club in the surrounding county jurisdiction IS affected. The better ones are in the city, so you've got a pretty safe bet there; Crazy Horse Too, Cheetahs and OG's.
