I know in LV most hotels require you to show a room key to get to the elevator. Most providers ask you to come down to the lobby and escort them to your room. But what if alot of people you work with are staying at the hotel and you would not like to be seen taking a lady to your room.Is there some other way to get a lady to your room. May sound like a dumb question, but I would not like to meet my boss going thru security with someone he knows is not my wife.

What about getting an extra room key when you check-in? It doesn't have to be activated to your room. She just needs something to show security. When booking your appointment, the provider will tell you how she gets around this issue.

About anyone seeing you with a provider, most are very discreet. And you’d be surprised at how many hotels still don’t check room keys.

Most established providers have dead room keys for most of the strip hotels so this isn't a problem when you schedule an outcall with them.

Also, you may check to see when security is checking for room keys.  Not all hotels are checking for keys, esp during the day.

Of course, the final alternative is to get a room somewhere else or find a providers that has an incall.

There a couple of No-Tel Motels (they don't require ID for check-in) across from Mandalay Bay and a couple north of the Stratosphere on Las Vegas Blvd.. It would be my last resort. These places tend to draw rif-raf of Las Vegas and can be potentially dangerous.

The unactivated hotel key is a non-starter.  First, how do you ask for a blank key?  Second, the hotels with security I have been at swipe the key to see that it is active.  Most hotels start security at a given time (e.g. 9PM, as opposed to 24/7) and I see providers before then.
