Surprised to hear that about a PrettyMaid. Of course, we only have one side of the story.

I don't think she's a Pretty Maid now, although she was in the past.

I believe Sara has not been with Pretty Maids for a very, very long time. I think maybe a year or so?

There's a slight chance it's not but a more likely possibility
is that he figured out your password.  Change your password.

Also, if you report this, they can help you remedy the
situation by banning the other person.

...stick to the gals at the legal brothels - or indie ladies who go their start at one. Such escorts are MUCH more likely to continue the habit of regular checkups than those who've never worked where they HAD to get such exams. While many of these ladies may not offer such risky "extras" as CIM, or even BBBJs, you have to wonder why these activities are so popular in the first place, given the inherent risk to both provider and their clients. You have to ask yourself why guys rate the providers who do these things so high, especially when they never seem to give any indication whatsoever about such ladies' health testing habits. IMHO, it's much better to be safe than sorry (or worse).

First-timers and newbies, DON'T HESITATE TO ASK your provider about her medical checkup practices. It's YOUR health on the line as well, you know. Be safe, play safe, and you'll both be healthy enough to party another day.

Billwad, thanks for sharing your pain so that others many learn from your experience. I wish you a complete and speedy recovery from your unwanted "gift".

Speed Racer

These are all good points, however, regular testing is more likely to reveal "hidden" problems such as hepatitis and HIV.  Herpes is rarely tested and unless someone physically looks, warts, condyloma, etc. will not be detected by blood, urine, or other chemical or bacterial testing.  Also, many of these can still be spread even if every activity is covered.

Even if someone gets tested every month, he/she can still contact chlamydia, gonorrhea, syphilis, warts, molluscum, and of course herpes and infect others before the next monthly test.

I'm surprised this type of problem doesn't occur more often.

I'm curious, Billwad, what specifically was the unwanted "gift?"

SeekingGFE,

You make some excellent additional points. Nothing is 100% perfect. And all it takes is one bad apple...

But another advantage that current and ex-LPIN ladies have is that they have received some instruction in how to spot certain signs of STD's which those providers who have not had such training might miss. And they also (for the most part) know how to check out a client without making him feel he's having a clinical exam...though the "DC" (dick check) performed at the brothels themselves do tend to be a little more formal.

Speed Racer

Warts show up on pap smears, which women are supposed to receive at least once a year as part of their routine gyn exams... better named Human Pappilloma virus as it does not always cause warts but can indeed cause sterility! There are a zillion variations of HPV.

I find this post a little bit suspect, but what can I say? I'm almost always biased on the side of the provider, and I know it. It's so easy for an irked guy to use the big STD ghost to ruin a lady's career.  I hope this young lady goes and gets tested and I hope that no one is kidding themselves that this industry is 100% safe for either side, no matter how often you get tested. You could get infected with something immediately after a test, you know. Careful use of condoms should really eliminate the majority of the risk... I said the MAJORITY... nothing eliminates risk completely. Don't drive a car if you think you're immune to getting in a wreck!

BTW when the HIV epidemic hit the porn industry last year, numbers came out showing that chlamydia was at a rate of around 70% in porn. They "don't worry" about it because it is so contagious and so easy to get rid of... the prob is that having ANY lesser disease compromises your immune system and makes you more prone to catching the bigger guys.  Get tested! Get tested! Get tested!

Best,
Tamara

were u wearing a hat?   or did this happen as a result of bbbj?  need more.  thanks.

Geez, sounded like the end of the earth is coming for this hobby. How many providers has this Billwad experienced in the past? Is Sarah the only one Mr. billwad ever "received" unwanted gift ever? Or he just did not know possibly he could be exposed to STDs in this hobby. Just wondering if there were existng personal health issues from billwad. If he cares to disclose in the open. Common sense tells me that it takes two to tangle with potential STDs. I'm not trying to make light of contacting STDs. Accusatory posting must need substantial facts to back it up. Otherwise one might as well calling out fire in a crowded movie house.

STOP WRITING FAKE REVIEWS!!!!

**** Email received on 12-27-2004. ****

Hi Sonya,

Did you see the Las Vegas discussion board? Someone used
my ( Billwad ) name about a girl named Sarah. They also posted a review using ( Billwad ) for this girl. You warned me about fake reviews but this is the first time something has happened. I'm not new in the hobby. You are the only one I have ever written a review for.

I don't know how they can write a review using ( Billwad ) without my security code, which I have never given to anyone.

I feel violated, and I don't want something that is not true about someone linked back to me.
