Yasmine, Im hardly an expert but here are a few points you might think about. I couldnt find a reveiw of you on TER or TBD. Also, you were not listed on eros-las vegas or Las Vegas Exotics. I know there are lots of sites but when youre the new kid on the block people have to find out your here. Lots of provders move to Las Vegas and do just fine so my bet is you need a little marketing. Also, look at the sites of other providers for tips on rates and marketing in general. Many of them are very very well done. Practically all your clients in Vegas will be tourists, who are unlikely to venture from their hotels on the Strip for a quick lay when it's so easily gotten right there.  Outcall is the way to go in Vegas.  I don't know what your price is, so I can't comment on that, but from the tone of your post, I got the feeling that you thought you'd just sit back and the money would roll in.  You're not the only one in this business, you know, and perhaps you're not willing or able to meet the competition.

This is a tough town unless you want to work through the agencies or work the bars and lounges in the casinos.  Seeing as how you're here to make the quick buck, that may be the way to go, esp if you don't plan on sticking around or care about your reputation on the boards.

As an independent, it's a tougher crowd.  You have a lot more out of towners with cash to spend than locals (which is why most independents (and all agencies and bar girls) are outcalls, very few do incalls unless they are touring and are willing to use their room for incalls).  It does help to have a website so that people can find you and your info from the Internet (at least those of us trying to maximize the potential of having a good time).  Without a rates page to reference, guys will always try and negotiate (standard with brothels, agencies girls requiring tips, and bar girls).  For those independents that care about their reps and customer service, they understand that a large percentage of their regulars are out of towners and have to live with the fact that they come only when their schedule allows (could be once a year for all I know), which is why they get the good reviews and have the good reps.

The other issue with incalls is that with out of towners, they have no clue where anything is so why get lost or scratch up cab fare to and from an incall location when there's a plethora of outcalls available.  Where incalls do work are when you have locals and out of towners that can't use their homes or rooms for calls.

As I said before, getting established can be a long process in a tourist/convention-based economy that Las Vegas is built on.  Expect a lot of cancellations (lost the money at the tables and slots) and last minute appointments (where agencies excel although from a guy's perspective, it doesn't have the best odds and payoffs).

I am moving,,,just as you did,..i am buying a house....I plan on working at a ranch,,,or a agency till I GET established....I am extremly popular and busy here in Boston...I am hoping that will carry with me...but before I go..I will have all my ads in place...back up agencies... and mabye a ranch just in case...I have never worked a room... or the streets...just very upscale agencies till I went independant...I am also doing my web page over... hired a very good photographer to do it... mabye you didnt research  enough first?

as the gents have said..a website with pics goes a long way. Something to map out your do's and dont's will help eliminate the hassle when seeing some of these gents.

As far as Vegas being the end all be all when it comes to clients...well the economy takes a beating here just like it does anywhere else. Patience is a virtue.

My measly .02...get a site...get up on some reputable ad sites...and take Vegas by storm.
