Exactly on the strip or is a block or two away from okay?

I don't quite recall the nameee of it.. But a girlfriend of mine had a unit in the high-rise on the corner.  It was laid out quite nicely and I had a very modern theme.
Fun times were had by all when I visited. Her balcony overlooking the strip was Awesome!!

Try tower at Tropicana! It's on the west side but like three blocks from the strip. Super nice!

That would be Allure. A Vegas friend of mine has a unit there. He loves it there and can't get enough of that view too.

Try SKY condos.  It's on Las Vegas Blvd next to Circus Circus.  Great views of the strip. I used to live there for 2 years and had fun on the strip but did not have to deal with the traffic.

Probably depends on your budget.  
But the Signature at MGM has some decent Condos available - they are still reasonable and you might be able to snag one with a balcony.

When I was renting, before I made the choice to purchase, I rented a condo at the Mandarin. Every thing above the 23rd floor is residence with your own private entrance. It is super convenient to everything. I looked at the Veer but the Mandarin was much nicer units.  Get a realtor to show you what is available.
