It might be a longshot, but I wonder if you (or Valet) contacted TER support if they might remove the review.  Unfortunately when a site like this rewards VIP access for leaving reviews, it's going to encourage fake reviews.  Spyguy has a lot of reviews.  He has 15 reviews in the 3 months of April - June alone, across 5-6 cities and even multiple countries.  I would say that volume of reviews looks fishy, but he also has a lot of white list referrals (so maybe he's some sort of fulltime traveling hobbiest).  Anyway, even if he saw this (which he likely won't), he couldn't change or remove the review at this point, so as noted, best bet is to reach out to TER support.

I saw that review and as I recall...I figured,"Nah, it's not her" so in my mind it was fake or the guy may have had a "wishful thinking" imagination.
Not sure if submitting a problem report will help...but best of luck to her.

I would advise any provider that is serious about their business pay for VIP here on TER. Providers pay to advertise. Why not pay to invest in your TER profile? I have contacted TER in the past to dispute fake reviews & was successful in having them removed. You can also, contact the reviewer directly with a VIP TER membership. As a community we need to support providers who are willing to call out these fakes.

I have one review from long ago that was not removed & it’s totally fake. I did not notice it until it was to late to dispute. He stated I answered the door with a strap on  in lingerie & I have never greeted anyone at the door with a strap on harness ready to peg. Lol it was a funny read, but totally false. Fake reviews for free membership is just wrong.
