I am coming to Vegas in April for a three night getaway.  I have been doing my research and plan to visit with a provider or two while there.  I have read posts about Harrah's having a problem allowing providers up the elevators without being a registered guest.  Does anyone know if this is still going on?  Is it a night time thing or all day?  I may need to change plans for where I will be staying..thanks for any input

I'm at Harrah's quite often, and have never encounterd any problems. Was just there again Sunday night. Just meet your gal downstairs at a lounge, etc. Then walk up with her. You will never have a problem. *smile*

I've been asked for my ID in the morning, afternoon and night there.  It's a bit uncomfortable IMO and I try to avoid the place at all cost.  They will ask the lady for her ID and if she is a guest.  

It's a bit over whelming I think, and a lot of hassle.  Especially considering you can get 86'D even if they suspect you are doing something.

The security guards will card you on the way up to the rooms, and run your name if your local.  They watch the guests, and have a tendency to be rude.

Thank you for the imput I think I may have to change hotels, but the rooms were free lol.

check out some condos, there's even houses cheaper than a lot of the suites in the ritzy places.

I wouldn't say change rooms, maybe try to see the lady before 9pm.  If you do that, then she can come in the parking garage and go up the back elevators with no security.

I do not stay at Harrahs, but I have comps with Harrahs casinos...try the RIO...been good to me.
