During my last visit to LV, I found out that MGM's ATM daily limit is $5k. Does anyone know if there's any other casino or hotel ATM with such high limit? I am just curious.

That's probably not going to work for me.

I have a cash card, not a debit card. It doesn't have any name it. After I deposit the fund from my bank, I can withdraw cash from any ATM in the world. It's more popular in Europe. I haven't seen many of them in U.S.

Totally understand your card. I have delt with that situation in the past. You will have to deal with the daily limits atm 's.
Its a pain but it will work out.

It's not what my bank will allow.

I can withdraw $5k at MGM, but I can only withdraw $3k at Encore; therefore, it seems logical for me to conclude that it's up to the ATM and not my bank. Since it's a cash card, my bank told me there's no limit. It's determined by the cash balance on the card.
