I have a friend that is going to Vegas and he is telling me that prositution is legal in Vegas.  Is that true?  What can anyone tell me about the Bunny ranch???

The only place where prostitution is legal in the US is in a licensed brothel in rural NV.  The closest to Vegas are in Pahrump, roughly 90 min away.  Sheri's Ranch and the Chicken Ranch are real close to each other.  There's probably another 4 licensed brothels in Nye County.

While there seems to be a lot of sex being peddled in Vegas, the exchange of money for sex is still against the law.

The Moonlight Bunny Ranch is roughly 10 hours away from Vegas, much closer to Reno/Carson City.

Prostitution and soliciting is illegal in Las Vegas and Clark County. It is legal in the outlaying towns.  I havent been to Bunny Ranch, which is legal, but I understand that it is quite pricey, with upselling. The service is rather limited.  Im sure some other members here have been there, or know more about the "ranches".
