I often see some very good Restaurant recommendations here so I’m asking for your thoughts. I’m in town for a short business trip and my best ( in other words biggest) client wants to go to a NICE Chinese restaurant tonight.  Any help would be appreciated.

I recently visited with a chef/local sushi restaurant owner who is from Hong Kong. I asked him what his favorite Chinese place is in Vegas. He said that Ping Pang Pong is very authentic and he loves to eat there. I am looking forward to trying it because the only place I've found really good Chinese food is NYC.  

I love this place I go all of the time one of the best chinese restaurants in the city.
Located in Gold Coast Hotel/Casino right across from Palms Hotel & Casino and Rio Hotel.
I know the Gold Coast is a bit of run down older hotel but I am telling you hands down one of the best chinese restaurants.Actually,I just read online huffingtonpost.com a few months ago Ping Pang Pong was on the list for the Best Chinese Restaurants in the US.Who would of thought at the Gold Coast of all places?
After many visitors recommended this restaurant I went and have went back regularly.
Also,get the salt and pepper shrimp with no shell it is great!

You can't go wrong with Fin.  Whenever I am in Las Vegas, I schedule a dinner date with one of the lovely Las Vegas ladies  and go to Fin.

I went to PPP and had a great meal in a real second class resort. I would recommend to all.
