I've been around close to 20 years now and I must say I'm quite surprised at the rate increase I'm noticing lately. I understand incremental increases but there seems to be an out right doubling. I just feel like people and times change.. It all depends on what your end goal is. Some people think certain attributes can request a higher dollar so after they make changes they raise their rates.. There are plenty of ladies in Vegas who don't charge 600/hr just like there are plenty that charge 300/hr. Figure out your play budget. Find someone in that range.. Then pick who you like best.

...the prices have taken quite an upswing. One would think that in a normal scenario where the Cost of Living increases are reflected in a Provider raising her rates she might justify an increase of $12 to $15 an hour but reasoning doesn't seem to apply in Vegas. Rates seem to increase in $100/hr increments. Can't understand the rationale behind this but, if it works for them, hey, go for it and enjoy it. I'll seek out ladies the same way I always have. If I perceive they're hot enough for their asking price I'll ask them for a date, if not, I'll just move on. I have noticed that there's been a HUGE increase in ladies who advertise on TER at more moderate prices.

Maybe I should have kept my ignorance to myself. I agree with you, some of top notch providers can truly command 600+ and from my travels around the country, Vegas has long set the market for some reason. Most major cities still have high quality providers in the 3-400 range. Anything more than that is approaching porn star territory. Just my two pennies. Wait do people still spend those?
A couple of hundred thousand horny guys hitting the Las Vegas market per month has an influence on rates.... Basic Econ 101. There are certainly other cities in the U.S. that are cheaper to hobby in but I really can't say the ladies are as good as the ladies in Vegas when it's all said and done.

All of the arguments of what things cost a long time ago have no effect on a person's time. Cost of materials and what it costs to produce something may have an effect. But for this hobby it is quite simple. It's called demand. If the demand for a ladies time isn't there, the price will drop. I don't agree. Wages for time have gone up over the past 20 years. People in general make more per hour now than they did 20 years ago. Even your lawyer charges more per hour. Fees go up due to cost of living and increased skill levels of the workers.

Vegas is its own animal so I thought that 600 might be the new norm there.
Very few visiting ladies come to Hawaii at those kind of rates. Average escort rate here is 3-4, and AMPs (where most of nasti's experience seems to be according to his reviews) are 200.
