My favorite hotel that they don’t check keys at is Cosmo. If you can ever get a room with a view of the fountains it’s fantastic! Plus the rooms with the jacuzzi tub are the best.
I’ve stayed a number of times at the JW Marriot in Summerlin. It’s been awhile can’t remember if the elevators required key cards. There was no security at the elevators at night last time I stayed. However, that may have changed.
