If you are not going to be in a sports book, then the Rockhouse at the Venetian has a lot of TVs, beer pong & pool tables, decent food, and they have had a deal where you can drink all day for $65-$75.  Worthwhile if you are starting at 9 am.
;-).  with a large group of guys you might be able to have them drop it to $50/ person or less.  You can definitely get your money's worth in beer/booze.
Lagasse's(sic) stadium bar in the Palazzo is very nice, but more expensive. You would want to probably reserve tables/couches for that. However, the sports book is right inside it.

Strip Burger across from the Wynn is a cool place with great burgers and "people watching" but it is outside on the strip & it is sometimes hard to hear games.  Great happy hour.

Blondie's in the miracle mile shopping center (planet Hollywood) is a decent sports bar.  I think there is a twin peaks near there also.  That's about all I know.

The packer/ wisconsin bar is way off the the strip in north las Vegas.  Neat place though.

On Wisconsin!
