..I've rarely (if ever) seen an "agency" gal who has her own website.  Also, Las Vegas isn't exactly the home of reputable agencies.  In general, no agency gal will see you without being booked thru the agency.  


That being said, I'm fairly certain of whom you speak.  The only way you'll see her is thru her handler.

Yes, it is normal procedure for a lot of ladies - why do you think the forms exist?  And if it is her procedure and you are insistent upon seeing her, well, that is the procedure you're going to have to follow.

But...if this is an agency girl, trying to bypass her agency by PMing is likely futile.  Its probably the agency handling the PMs.

There are some agencies, who pay people to go on the boards, post ads, even chat via email.  Therefor, you never know if you are talking to the real person, so I wouldn't put the blame on the provider you are looking at, she may not even read her own requests, hence hiring or being a part of an agency.  
To answer your question about filling out reservation forms, this makes the whole booking process a lot easier.  By answering the questions on the reservation form, you most likely are requesting a time, date, and length, as well a reference who can verify your safe.  When we have this information, we are better able to give the answer of availiblity.

There's a good reason for the initial contact to go through a screening/verification/referral system because it keeps the providers safe and out of jail.  Prostitution is illegal in Las Vegas and the entire county (Clark County, NV) surrounding it.  So for the safety and well being of the providers, they do put up some hoops to jump through if they do not know you.  Of course, if they are familiar with you due to a prior meeting (like via a meet and greet), they might let you bypass the SOP but it's up to them and how comfortable they are with you.

If you want to go in with no screening, there's plenty of agnecies that will take your money, bar girls wandering the casinos or streets that will see you, AMPs and strip clubs that will welcome your money, and the legal brothels in Nye County that will take your money.  The (indie) providers that like the good reputation that come with good word of mouth (via reviews and other methods) will generally want assurances before meeting someone new.

Usually most ladies prefer email contact at first wheather its just email or filling out here form,I do at least.I also love it when they are a verified services gentleman.If it also says on her site to call,then call and leave detailed message.Either way most Ladies in Vegas screen,so also be prepaired for that as well.
