I know this is somewhat last minute, but I am looking for some advice on how best to spend my birthday in a town that has all to offer as Las Vegas does.  I am visiting for a conference this week, so I am looking for a special experience on my 37th birthday on Weds.  I have have lots of great times with providers but since it is my birthday, I would like something extra special or extra unique.

but if you want something special, I'd say hit Sheri's Ranch, get a fantasy room with 2 providers.  Cause unless you have a stellar rep (no reviews isn't much of a rep), I don't think many providers will take a chance that you're safe.  Of course, I've been wrong plenty of times and this is Vegas, you might get lucky.
