What does this have to do with casino girls?

Sounds like the typical LE backpage sting, and it was in Washington DC.

If LE is going to run a sting on hobbyists, putting an undercover female officer in a casino setting is relatively cheap and discreet way to bust men. They go up to the room in the guest elevator and down to the police wagon on a service elevator.

Now mention the risks of a casino girl drugging and robbing you.

Doing something other than sticking to well reviewed providers is a less than smart move.

The hotel would be crazy to allow it to happen. The backlash could be brutal to their business. If I ever heard that it was happening and it would get out I would flat out not spend money in that casino as would a lot of other people. The police really don't give a shit, they run a sting here and there just to show they care.

I was in the Flamingo a few years back and their is a bar right in the middle of the floor that is the pick up spot. I didn't know it at the time, but I figured it out when the chick left for a half hour or an hour and came back. She was kinda dressed like a pro. I over heard the bartender call for security after she left and I let her know when she came back and she split.

Not that I'd ever pick up a casino gal.... though I've been propped a number of times. (haven't we all) I can't even imagine thinking it was a good idea once you find TER and such.

First of all, the bust to which you are referring took place in washington DC at a doubletree. So speaking about Las Vegas casino girls in relation to this particular instance is faulty.

Do you always opine about what you don't know?

I have seen gals walked off properties in handcuffs. Look up VETO (Vice Enforcement Top Offender) program in the LVRJ.

The Venetian shut down a nightclub in their attached mall, which they don't own, because the show had simulated sex acts. Had they failed to do so, it could have put their gaming license at risk.

Prostitution is illegal in Clark County. Failure to act upon suspicions of prostitution could cost them their gaming license. So you are running a hotel/casino and LE approaches you and says they want to run (discreetly) a prostitution sting on your property. Are you going to say no? The implication would be you don't mind prostitution on your property.

The other downside is that if they failed to cooperate with LE and a prostitute robbed (or worse) a hotel guest, they'd be liable for failure to make reasonable efforts to control the activity. That is part of the reason you show key cards at the door. The guest must bring the woman to his room.

I know of stings at the Palazzo, Four Seasons, MGM and Wynn. I could name any strip hotel with little fear of being wrong.

Just like you said, stings are done EVERYWHERE!

If you're at a casino and a girl propositions you, ask for her contact number... Google it.
If you're on backpage and a you see a girl that you like take her contact info and...... Google it.
If you meet a lady at a bar and you can't tell if she is hitting on you in the civvie world or in the secret society world....... Yup, google it!

There have been stings on p411.. There have been men and ladies who have flipped their info to avoid trouble...

Just google it and be smart.

Backpage is better in some cities than in others, but pleeeeeeeeenty of ladies who advertise on TER also advertise on other boards, including backpage! Some of the ladies on TER surely have been out and about in a public area and started conversation with a man. Just google so you can see which number she gave you.

I'm more frustrated that one person in particular was outed for this with all of his public information. Poor dude. Going out for fun stress free night and then this happens!

You tried to make your point in the OP in a very strange way.

You should have just said, "This is why you should stick to reviewed/verified ladies" or "This is why you should do research."
I seriously doubt you would have gotten any argument on your post.

However you posted a story about some famous guy who got busted in a far away city, via what was probably a backpage ad LE sting, and you said, (paraphrasing here) "This is why you shouldn't see casino girls." That was stupid logic and a poor way to try to make a point

A sting would be multiple johns. Is there information on this?

I do understand that casino gals get busted. I've seen it. But a sting on the john's in a strip casino? Link please.

Just so all non locals understand...

We will hear more about a DUI crash that ended a life, sometimes two or there days worth of it than we will hear about a shooting in a casino that ended someone's life. Maybe 10 seconds then never again.

We will hear more about a robbery of a store off of the strip than we will hear about a robbery in a casino.

We will hear about a lady who set her pet store on fire, but we never hear about gaming control arresting employees for internal theft

Let's be politically correct. Being politically correct does no good here. The above comments are not restricted to girls JUST in casinos. They are talking about the girls roaming about looking for a trick. Simply put, those girls are not reviewed or verified. They will rip you off.

This is going entirely off topic...

But in a funny way it makes sense because the whole thing started going off topic from the OP, but suicides are rarely reported in any major city. Think Golden Gate Bridge... Most times they are reported for a brief moment when it's a murder-suicide. There was just one in LA, Mayweathers BFF.. That made headlines on tmz, that's about it... Suicides don't get the attention that homocides do.

We can also go ahead and list every single crime, but really.. Anything that happens in the casinos is put to rest very quick.
