What is up with the gentlemen in Las Vegas not wanting to give any reference info?  
Screening and seeing reputable clients are becoming more important now than ever.
References are the best way to determine if someone is truly legitimate.  

I have met many new clients recently  thinking they have never seen a provider because they give no ref, but give personal info, work in and even their ID. Then I meet them and ask and they say they have seen many. So why not give a ref. Person I saw today I said he could use me as a ref, but he said he doesn't use ref, he just gives his info. Why not give both? I can't figure it out either

In general, I've never been comfortable giving references. Yes I understand the need from the other side to feel safe and comfortable...but in all my years, only two have asked for my references. Plus I hate asking anyone to "vouch for me".It seems that my references are hard to get a hold of, or have either retired.  
But I am pretty transparent and open to answering any questions a young lady might have. Name rank and serial number

P411 would be a good start if you’re not using it.   There are many gents here who won’t even bother contacting providers who aren’t on P411.  There have been numerous threads here over the years advocating the best way to avoid hassles and scams are for gents to stick with providers who have positive TER reviews and who are also on P411.  I’m not saying that this will solve all of your screening issues, but it’s probably worth your time - especially in the long run.

How long from when you last seen client will you stop giving him a reference? A year? two, three or??
How many references will you give someone, 1,2,3 or? At what point do you say, "Enough already"?
If asking someone who I last saw 10 years ago to do me a solid, is that like tooooooo late? I could just imagine the conversation...."You want, what? I haven't seen you in 10 years and you come here alot and you haven't called me...FUCK YOU".....lol
What are the rules? If there's any. I know each girl is different but in general...whats the deal??

... but sometimes I just don't want who I've seen "out there" like that.  Sometimes, references are requested with requirements the ladies I would use as references don't have.  For example, they are "active" on social media.  Ok, that's cool but at least two ladies I use as references, sometimes, just aren't active on social media as they are more active in "life" and are out and about doing various things.

Indeed - in both directions. Both admirers and  providers are screened and by requesting (and hopefully receiving) an OK from a provider after meeting it acts as a reference going forward. I totally rely on P-411 when looking for an independent and have never had an issue getting an appointment with no further exchange of info. It works for everyone involved.

Some providers get jealous and do not want to provide a reference. Now an uncomfortable conversation has gotten started. I know another gent who is an "arrangement" with a provider she thinks he is not seeing anyone else.
And then here comes the "drama" he does not need.

Sooo true. There are certain providers I won't even contact for a ref if their name is given because of drama. So I can understand this

If a provider ask for a ref I let them know how long ago it was and let her decide if that too long ago for her liking.  
I have had some ask for a ref of someone I saw once for 1hr 10 years ago. I usually have to tell the provider I don't have any emails to say yes or no from 10yrs ago but if I do, I tell her yes I saw them but she may want a newer ref. It's all up to what makes the provider comfortable

YES.  I have had drama from someone who asked me questions about why I wanted to see this new provider, especially if the provider is in the same city.  

They say I don't want the other girls knowing that I m seeing other ladies..
(This one can be true on occasion I have heard other providers giving clients problems telling them not to see other ladies 😕) (other reasons have been they did something wrong with some of them so they don't want you to know) (3 reason didn't keep information or ask previous providers to be a reference)

1)Some guys know or suspect the hookers they met b4 will give them a less than glowing reference.

2)Some don’t have any references.

3)Your fellow escorts dont all share your ideas  on references. Not specific to Vegas, but there’s a growing trend of a lot of them getting weird when asked to give a reference. Not sure if jealous is the right word. Whatever. Many of them just WON’T

4)Employment info? Anyone sending pii to a woman with an online history as limited as your own is probably in category 2 above.

Okay so.... on my website i have lot's of options for guys to screen with me. After i saw the article on  Jason Kendall i must say i have been a little concerned and have been considering only accepting appointments that have at least two references that you have seen within the last year. Reason is that i 100% would have seen Jason Kendall if he had hit me up with what he did verify with. As far as i saw he gave his LinkedIn and ID. I would like to know your thoughts on this. It really shook me up. It hit close  to home for me because i 100% would have seen him under the verification he provided. As if now my requirements are listed on my website.

Ok here is my skinny on that

I have been coming to Vegas for a week every summer for the past 15 years, except 2020. I see 2-3 ladies every time I come. For the first 10 years or so, I would always use a ref from previous dates and even left reviews. What is insane, the last 5 years or so, every girl I have seen in the past 5 years have dropped off the face of the earth. Last year I saw 2 girls and they are both gone. One was active for a good 5 years and had 9-10 star reviews and everyone loved her, now she is just gone. Profile off TER, no website, gone.

I never understood why anyone would rely on references if you do not know the provider personally. I have noticed that providers who have asked me for references have not been very  courteous. When I get a referral from a provider I know personally I send them a token of appreciation because it’s respectable. I love to make friends with providers who believe sharing is caring. Personally, I have never asked for references because it’s not necessary. We are all so very different.

Wait to come across the ones who want to charge for the reference
