She's one of several I noticed all with similar attributes, including website design. This has not gone unnoticed by some.
I look at each reviewer for commonality, but my comment was merely referring to the fact that a new provider with only 20 reviews makes it to the top of the list. She would not even be in my top 20 for Las Vegas.

She is an attractive lass, but I do not find her "look" to be particularly compelling. The first 20 reviews all being 10/10 makes me suspicious. I know a number of providers who are now top rated that started off will ratings of 7 or 8.
How good were you at the first time you tried something new?
As they say, beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Your preference versus someone else's are going to be different. I found her to be very attractive and hopefully someone I will get to see during my next visit.
I've seen a number of ladies who had zero reviews, some with one or two and a few who had more than several. Most of them I have seen on more than one occasion and several of them have involved an overnight stay. One of them had 1 review at the time I met her and she was just an absolute pleasure. In my rating, she was a 9. Another was brand new to this and she was just a whirlwind.

I did look up the reviews of the provider and while some of them appear to be independent reviews from established reviewers with reviews of many providers, there is also a substantial portion of the reviews that are either (i) a first time reviewer rating 10/10 or (ii) reviewers with a good degree of commonality in terms of ladies reviewed.
I'll reveal my own bias, the idea that Nikki Avalon and Lorena Deleon are rated below this chick is fucking obscene.

I looked at her last half-dozen or so reviewers. Three were real Newbies, with only one review...I got suspicious. Then, I noticed three other reviews were by Reviewers who had both many reviews and several Whitelists, so they're surely real.

I am fine with the 20 reviews to get on the list but getting 20 reviews in just 3 months is suspicious considering that most providers on the list took several months if not years to reach 20 reviews. I mean reviewers are just a small fractions of clients and she get so many reviewers in short time, I do not buy it.

I bet, the next step will be to book 200 people and "not be available" in a last moment and refer one
of her "girlfriends". Most indies don't do same day bookings,
and nubes will be happy to get anything at this point.

Finally! I've been trying to get reviews since I started and I barely had my third one post today. It's taken me about 8 or 9 months to get just 3 reviews. I know I'm a low volume provider by choice but accumulating 20 reviews seems like it is much harder than I thought. I feel better now because I thought it was just me. She's gorgeous though! I can see why she would inspire people to review her too. 
I just wish I knew her or their secret .

ok...this is my first time posting anything because i like to stay totally out of things and stay under the radar, but i feel compelled to say something about this...i believe your math can be quite off...i have been on ter for going on 2 years now and i have 1 out of every 3-4 write me a review...it can be the case with this young lady...also about half of her reviewers have written well over 10 reviews in the past, so i believe they are quite genuine in their own assessment of their time with her...i understand that their review system can be a bit off and that there are services out there that will write reviews, but i do not think this is the case here...just my opinion...ok, now i am cringing and waiting for the backlash
Maybe she WANTS reviews. Haven't we all been with women who are totally ambivalent to getting reviews, yet also been with some who have asked to be reviewed, if both parties enjoyed themselves?
I have no axe to grind here, I'm just pointing some things out that have been overlooked by the naysayers. She's hot, she's new, she's putting on a good show.....and she wants to be reviewed for her efforts. Not too hard to fathom that, is it?
EVERY "established" reviewer has seen a member of this group and left 10/10s for BL. As another mentioned no greek or cim offered (and a monopoly on pricing.) These girls beginning with Tess notoriously flaked (2x) and other group members were suggested as replacements. The replacements included Kimmy Daniels by Christine who flaked 4 times but I wouldn't see KD. Even MC is close if not a mentor to the girls and sticks up for them. I did not review MC because it wasn't a 10/10 experience I don't blame her yet I do believe her pictures are years old.
This whole thread is starting to take on a personal nature versus one that questions the method used to determine ranking.
So let's keep this in mind. This is a situation beyond any provider's control. Let's just be thankful that there are beautiful woman that are out there that we have the opportunity to meet.

8-10 is always in the eye of the beholder. IMHO, if the provider looks like her advertised photos, then its a 9/10.
Service was GFE, so there's that. I know the 10/10 thing bothers some people, but she is as advertised.
Believe what you want dude. For those who actually care, she looks like her photos and provided good service. If I wanted to shill for her I would have posted a 10/10 review making up all sorts of wild stuff. That's not me.
She's legit. She attended the AVN M&G with her friend Brooke Waters. I scheduled to see her the next day. I imagine a number of guys scheduled after the M&G as well.
I agree the rating system is messed up. I believe the girl has to have someone review her within a certain number of days or they fall off the top 100 list. I've met a few girls who are fantastic and told me they did not want to be reviewed for a number of reasons.
Most of the girls I see are young ( less than 30 years old, the majority are in the mid 20s and younger) - just my type. I believe most of them use the same photographer, booker and web site designer
your numerous 10/10 reviews, and with a few of the "group" providers; you and your reviews have no credibility. I understand that everyone has different tastes, but I also was at M&G and although she was cute, there is no way she is a 10 in looks; unless you were in the outback for a couple of years.
It is hobbyist such as yourself, that gives 10/10 out like candy; which makes it easy for the "group" girls to grow; and more difficult for hobbyist to decipher the great providers from the "okay" providers. Do your fellow hobbyists a favor and either be brutally honest with your reviews or stop writing them.

You say everyone tastes are different and yet in the same sentence say she's not a 10. Clearly our tastes in what is perceived as a "10" are different. It doesn't diminish what I value in looks any less than yours.
I don't give 10/10 like candy. If you've read ALL my reviews you would know better. My reviews are honest and sincere. Obviously I like a certain type, that you obviously don't value as equally. No big deal. Do yourself a favor and perhaps when evaluating a provider look at all the reviews of that provider and look for a common denominator as to what you like/ don't like and think for yourself. Look at the person who is doing the reviews and see what they like/ don't like in other providers and see if what they value is equal to yours. That's what I do. Do yourself a favor and stop thinking so one dimensionally.

How can you say you don't give out 10's like candy when you have given six 10's for appearance and five 10's for performance out of 11 reviews? I am surprised that providers are not contacting you to book a date instead, because you give away so many 10's that it would raise their average.
Not to worry about how I research providers because when I see reviews similar to yours, I do waste my time reading them because they obviously have no credibility or sense of how the review rating works. I would not accuse someone of being one dimensional, when the only dimension or measurement you know is the #10.

Clearly, this klan uses the same photographer, same booker, same website designer and cover for themselves when one girl can't make an appointment for whatever reason. All the girls in "the group" have plenty of 10/10 going up. I myself moved up quickly when I was working with this group, but now that I left them and their bullshit behind, all of a sudden I can't get a damn review up! Mind you many of my clients told me they would be writing reviews, yet nothing! I hope there is another reason for it because this would definitely ruin the creditability of this review board if they were in leagues with the people behind this "group".
Reach out to those that may have submitted the reviews and see if the review are on "Hold" and "Deffered" status.....then ask why? And are your reviews being purposely being held up? I know this may be a taboo subject, and you leaving the group because of all the bullshit may have left some with sour grapes. but it's something to think about. Hummmm.
Independent now, great. If it's true you shouldn't worry.

i totally agree with justaguy23456...i have been independent from the beginning...no it was not easy but i am doing totally fine with lots of repeat business...you had a much better start than i did, so rest assure you will be just fine
All the girls in the "group" have no access to TER, P411, etc. or even their own website! Luckily I was smart enough to get my reviews back from my old name but most these other girl have any idea how to go independent or even that these "bookers" are screwing them bad! Sry but I have never heard of an assistant that tells you you have to do certain appointments and keeps 100% of the money for the first 6 mo. and on top of that after they work you to the bone for that 6 mo. they move most of yoour work to the other new girls. And the girls have no idea about any of it because they have no access to any of there accounts! Believe me! I did NOT have a much better start then you Love.
I am sure it had to be tough working for these people who don't sound very nice.
At least people know now what is the real deal since some guys act as if they were in the dark the whole time.

I haven't had a review posted since I changed my name! And if I don't get one in a certain amount of time I will be removed from the Top 100 but most of all I hate watching this group make money of these girls with a rigged system! Especially since the girls are getting cheated the most.
Your honesty on this thread has been insightful and helpful. I know from your viewpoint that being rated helps with your endeavor, along with being reviewed. This is especially true since Vegas has a large influx of visitors.
I'm sure that there a number of others, like myself who don't like writing reviews. Since I'm selective in who I choose to spend time,.the vast majority I've seen on a repetitive basis. That is the best review I can give.
