 I'll be in Vegas tomorrow night 9/9. Looking for a full service provider with a set price that does outcalls.  Not looking for these girls that start at 500 just to show up and upsell on everything else.

And I am available today 9/9 many of us independent ladies have a flat rate.
What you described is those bait and switch agencies there are many of them out here.
Sticking with true independents and you will not have those issues.
