I drove by during the day and the banner on the sign on Russell says they open at 8pm.  The video sign was at street level but I'm assuming it's going up.  Still not sure if they have their business licenses yet.

last time I drove by.  Don't think they've gotten their licenses approved yet by the county so it'll probably be a while before they do their grand opening.

I know someone associated with the business, and he told me they were open for a VIP invitation only event, followed by the opening to the public.

I drove by it last weekend and it looked like it was open. I was gonna stop in and check it out. But I was too tired. It sounds pretty cool. Maybe this coming weekend.
