What is your favorite sportsbook?  Not all sports books are created equal im LV.  I can only talk about the ones I've placed bets and spent any time in.  Generally most give way too many TV's to the ponies...but there must be a reason..ie. they make money.  Here are my observations:

Caesars - by far my favorite, lots of big screens and they have sound on the big game.  Plus the seats and tables are nice to camp out at all day.

Bellagio - just alright,  the split screens for sports suck.  No sound.

Rio -  generally sucks. Only thing going for it is the close proximity to a good snackbar...good nachos. No big screens, not a good layout. No sound.

IMP Palace - shitty but this place cracks me up.  70s style college lecture room with dry eraser board odds.  No shit!!! Haha.  Stay 70s IMP Palace.

Wynn - so so.  Nice plush leather chairs, but no big screens, no sound, and their odds suck.  Always seemed to have worst odds on games.  The cocktail girls are hot though. Does Encore have a SB?

Venetian - good spot.  Nice big screen with sound.  The movie theatre type seating allows for meeting folks, secretly making fun of their bets (I mean shit always betting chalk?).

Haven't been out there since the new casinos opened...if anything I've said is wrong or has changed, these are just my recollections.

So what is your favorite sports book and why?

Haven't been back out there

So the Hilton is my favorite.  Parking is easy and a full menu, including foreign soccer, props on NASCAR and golf, etc...

Lagasse's at Palazzo is great, a much different experince, formerly Jay-Z's nightclub.  Interior never changed, great for special events like March Madness.

Wynn is nice.  Caesars is impossible to get into, parking garage is a mile away.

New book at Hard Rock is stunning.  Access is pretty decent.  Plus, you can size up the the street walkers on Paradise, haha.

Close to my house for one. Second... It's just so upscale laid back I love it.

Last year... game day was $1 Hot Dogs and $1 beers... I even got to party it up with Vince Neil with some hotties...  Too many beers and they give me a room.

When it's game day and I'm drinking... It's Red Rock... No doubt!!

...and I'm not giving credit to any of them.  They've all tightened up...a NFL ticket that paid $19.10 for every $20 is now $18.05, parlay cards with a push no longer step down, they lose.  BTW, as you get older you miss those dry erase boards, lol, those are the only ones I can read anymore, the red and yellow lights are a blure...Oh, well...that's why it is a must to have a pretty lady on your parlay card for later!

The resort, as a whole, is one of this town's best kept secrets and the sports book is no exception. Very clean, comfortable and plush. Right next to the Vig Deli, although if you're too invested in whatever game you're watching, the cocktail servers, which are among the hottest and friendliest in town, are usually happy to bring you your order. I'm more of a tables playing guy, but I've yet to see a book I'd rather bet in than theirs. Also, they run great food and drink promos during football season. Check it out, I think you'll like.

Friendly servers and tellers, great individual TVs, and the first NON-SMOKING Sports Book I've ever seen make it #1 for me.  It's actually run by an outfit called "Cantor Gaming," and I believe they now run 5 or 6 other books in town, including the beautiful little Boutique Book upstairs at Cosmopolitan, Tropicana, Venetian and Palazzo.  I'm not sure if they have any others, but these guys actually know what they're doing with their excellent customer service, and good customer service just doesn't exist at  at Harrah's properties, and is just as rare at the MGM-run sports/horse books in Vegas.

I like Red Rock also plus some of the others mentioned.  I'm going out to LV in a couple of weeks and will try the one at the Cosmopolitan.  I totally forgot about M, I'll have to make an effort this time to get down there and check that place out.
