In Nevada, it's a felony (1-4 yrs.) and they prosecute. Not a wise idea to discuss this openly on a public board. And this guy is foolish for making an offer on an open board as well.

Nevada Revised Statues:

The Law:

I am the one that told Kyle to post this on the board. So if you want to blame someone it is me. As for going to jail for this.Yes of course it is a risk. But how many times have ladies and men come on this board and offered sex, and other things without holding back on what they offer or want.So should we stop being so detailed and open about this. I am sure that he knows the risks. All he is doing is trying to get work #1. and trying to help out a few ladies who might want or need some protection and who might not have cars and have to take taxies everywhere. Cheez I am not trying to step on your toes darin but I think that if there is anyplace to discuss this it would be ont this board. Just my 2 cents. Maybe I was wrong to tell him to post this but insn't this the board that where we can discuss or offer our services all the times. And not to mention so so much more!!!! Sorry Kyle for saying to post this. I did not want to do anything but to help you out. Just be careful.

ladies be VERY careful picking a driver..alot of weirdos try and drive for girls just because it fufills a fantasy for them..I found a great driver, but,I went through about 3 seething weirdo's before I found one and now he  works full time only for me..and be very careful of ones that are from "driving agencies" here in Vegas alot of times they are LE gathering info for a sting..my driver works all day..1-9pm and only charges 2oo for the day (i usually give more$)..dont pay more than this..the advantage is you get dropped off right at the door..picked up the same..no hassle with valet's or self parking at the casino..and I check in with him..at every apt. if I dont call..he is banging at the hotel room door..he has never had to do that, but after that incident I posted about  where I was physically hurt by a client..I decided to start using one...and..my lawyer says..my driver cant be proscuted in any way..as long as he is not making $ from illegal activities..and of course he is not..he has no idea what I am doing...I could be having tea...

If a young lady decides to hire a driver the driver can't get into trouble unless he knows for sure that the lady is performing illegal activities and receiving profit from it. I emailed this gentleman in regards to getting transportation from Reno to Las Vegas since I do not like to fly unless I just have to. And then also to some other places should I need him. I wouldn't need him permanently as I sometimes have my own transportation while in Vegas. So what is wrong with someone giving someone a ride? Thanks January for trying to help everyone out. :-)

Sorry, I wasn't blaming anyone, and I'm sorry if the original post came off as abrupt. No, you are not stepping on my toes nor talking out of line. Feel free and speak your mind.

I have nothing against drivers nor providers who decide to hire them. However, many people are unaware that this activity is considered a felony in Nevada. Moreover, this person (and I have nothing against this guy), may/may not be aware of this.

January, we all take some risks posting on this board. But most of which amounts to nothing more than a misdemeanor, and is usually settled out of court or payment of a fine. However, felonies are not so easily swept under the rug and can cost lots of $$$$$$$$$ for a lawyer to work it down to a misdemeanor.

I seriously doubt that LE will be breaking down Kyle's door based on his one post. However, I'm sure it will raise eyebrows. (IE. LE gathers lots of intel off of public boards).

Anyway, just my .0023 cents.

I can't believe a lawyer would say such a thing. They HAVE prosecuted and convicted people for this. I'm sure your lawyer would be more than happy to represent both of you in court - for the right price... :-)....

but pleading "ignorance" or ignorance of the law doesn't work well as a line of defense...

I have nothing against drivers or those who wish to use them. I am not debating if it wrong or not.  If it harmful or not -  it's the law and most people are unaware of the penalties in Nevada.

It's up to whomever if the reward is worth the risk.

well lets see you know how to cut and paste..do you have any info to add..?i never kid..why would my driver be more responsible than say a cab driver that dropped me off..and of course you always tell someone where you are..jenni was beat up about a month ago..pretty bad..at the Venetian..if she had told someone where she was and what time she would checkin..she may not have been left all alone, scared and beat by a client...I dont get what you think was strange about my post..I dont think LE is too worried about a driver..they have strip club owners and city councelors in vegas to prosecute currently...and when I moved to Vegas, before I had even one apt..I sat down with one of the cities best to find out what to do and not do..and what LE can prosecute for..so unless you have first hand knowledge  you have no idea..everyone thinks they are a jail house lawyer these days...

I have two attorneys and consulted with both. One is in Houston, and one in Vegas. My Lawyer in Houston is very familiar with the adult entertainment laws; 96% of his clients are entertainers of some sort. My attorney in Vegas is in court 5-13 times a week on an entertainer case so he is as well familiar with these laws. Both told me that the only way a driver can go to jail is if he is the girls pimp and/or acknowledges the fact that he is collecting money from an illegal prostitute.
I myself was previously involved in an abusive relationship that I got out of alive and he knows I am in Nevada.
I also had a client stalking me and he lives in Vegas. So who's to say what I am doing with a driver/security? These two reasons are reason enough for me to have a driver.

When I got in trouble there were about 7 other Internet ladies there also. 1 had a "driver" who only got in trouble because he took the actual money in front of the donut man and stood alongside the lady while she answered questions and then was arrested. I do not know his outcome but if your driver does not have actual contact with the porkchop they do not actively try to find him. I am sure you ladies have a coded system that lets your security friend know what is up when you check in or don't. I was a safety net for someone in another city and freaked out when the client would not let me speak to her( we were both "new" to this). In my haste I drove to the hotel and stood outside the door. I then saw the krispy cream truck and knew what happened. So I left and then called the farm to find out if she was in. The porkrinds did call me and tried to threaten me to talk to them and ranted about having me on camera outside the door but what could they do? Nothing and she eventally got her mess dropped.

Anybody with sense would never pay their driver in front of anyone, as that is unprofessional. My clients are professionals, so I've never had to have past drivers hold money for me. I accommodate my client, and leave. Should they get out of hand, that's what the driver/security is there for.I've always paid my drivers in advance

I had the unfortune of being in the room next door while her bust was taking place. The "driver" was also her SO.

I hope this doesn't come off as too flipant, but have you ever seen those retired guys driving around in the "volunteer" or "senior" patrol cars? Why not give some real community service and have them drive around providers for a little show of skin or sweet conversation? Hell, most of them are just bored out of thier minds in retirement and the wifes would be happy to get them out of the house. Might spice up the old marriage fires too. I don't expect the nobel leace prize for this idea, but a nomination will due. Now I know how I'm spending my golden years:)) Fuck the 401K..who needs it.

Just one little point I wantedto add..I could totally see a driver getting caught up in it..but I for one..get dropped off a little ways away..and walk in the hotel..if I were caught in a situation..I am hopefully smart enough to ;\lie to LE and say something allowing my driver to know whats going on..and keep him out of it..and not tell LE how I got there..LE always tells you if you devulge what we want to know, you may not get arrested..a lie once you are caught ,you are getting arrested..so you shut your mouth and do what they say..alot of people start talking to try and save themselves..in my opinion thats the worst thing anyone can do...it wont help you and usually gets others into trouble along side you..I for one would say and do whatever it took to keep those close to me out of my problems(should this occur)unfortuantely when I first started working in Boston for a BIG agency.I got arrested..one reason I am own my own, agencies dont screen as I do..and LE told me point blank they were more interested in knowing who I work for and I could still be charged but allowed to go home  and saved the embaressment of a walk through the hotel lobby in cuffs,if I would tell them who I was employed by..I refused and was arrested, and most of my relatives are either court judges or hold elected possition's in MA.so it would surely embaress more than one member of my family...but I still would not tell on my employer..there is a right way to do things ,for me..and telling on others is not  the way to live...so I unfortuntely know first hand what LE can and will do in a sting...
