I'll be making my first trip to Vegas soon, and I'm staying at Mandalay Bay.  Have read a lot of good info on the board about the hotel scene.  Would like to find a drop dead GORGEOUS provider, and wanted to know if the Island Bar at the Bay is a good spot for incredible-looking women....  if not, any other suggestions?  Thanks, this board rocks!!!

Island Bar is what I call a primary place to find bar girls. Yet it depends on day of week, security, other conventions, or fight nite.

May I suggest booking time with an independent first (several to choose from) and on the next night try your luck downstairs. If thing don't work out at the Island Bar, go next door (via the walkway) to Luxor and try Neffititi's Lounge or the Nile Bar next to Ra.

Boy that's what I get for my boss scheduling me to work a swing shift.    Cheese does know lots more about the bar action then I do.  However, more often then not, when people post about their dealings with bar girls they are not real happy.  It's at best pot luck.  Your best bet always in Vegas is to see one of the many find independent ladies who live there.  Lots to chose from so you should be able to find a lady who floats your boat.

My experience is that the bars are filled with girls from agencies waiting for calls and freelancing in between.  Given the shi**y reputation of LV agencies, I would be very careful.  Also, if they would get a call while with you, do they cut you short to make the call?  The bars, at best, are a crap shoot.  Find yourself a nice independent girl on this board, make an appointment, and enjoy.

You would be surprised how many nice independents work the bars ...

There are even some TER-reviewed providers working bars during down-time, I know.  But if shortening the odds of having a not-so-good experience is the purpose, then an indie with good reviews is called for.  I had a good experience with a girl at a bar, once.

Always pre book an independent, unless of course, you enjoy the thrill of the hunt!
