Never got into a situation like this but say a guy gets a last minute cancellation, it’s 8, 9 pm. What are the chances of meeting someone at 11pm?  
What can someone do or provide that could entice someone to meet said person?
And what are the chances that she’ll even be available?
I know it’ll be hit or miss…But  I’m just curious.

We've bailed guys our of many last minutes situations. If you can pass our screening it's just another day for us. No big deal.

The safest bet is a KAgency. They virtually always have someone available. Might not be your first choice, but they’ll get you serviced.

If I am home and a gent has an appt cancels and is looking to book an appt with me same day with a 2hr notice or so.
Helps incredibly if he is on P411. I have done this quite a few times and it worked for me and the gent if I was available.
Perhaps try that to see who is available now on P411 or reach out to someone you have seen before.
Just had a gent I had seen back in 2018 come to town on a last minute business trip reach out to me via text.
I was glad he did as I was on the strip already saw him and had a fabulous time. In fact had such a great time he booked me again last night.
