Coming into town in mid November for a few nights.  Long time reader, first time potential hobbyist.  ISO a newbie friendly provider, preferably Latin or tan-skinned.  Will be busy with work during the day so any meeting would be late night, 10-11 pm or later.  Will be staying at hotel on the lower end of the strip.  Just a basic member as of now so cannot receive PM's.
