Traveling to Vegas for work for a week here soon staying in nice strip hotel.  Looking for maybe a nice relaxing massage that moves into some mutual pleasure if the feeling is right.  Being a newbie, 1. some nerves in place, 2. not everyone will want to see a newbie, 3. must be discrete.  
Looking for some good suggestions.  Been reading a lot and just not sure.
