Best thing to do is ask.  You might have a better time bringing your own entertainment if they'll stick around the entire time with you (vs an hour here or a few hours there).  If you do bring your own entertainment, you might consider some of the swing clubs like the original Red Rooster or Green Door and help create your own fireworks.
