Whats the best way to see a low cost provider?  Any 1/2 hr's out there?  Bar girls? MP's?  Just wondering...

You didn't specify what your budget is.  That would help.

Barring that, there's a pretty good selection of reputable independent escorts that charge anywhere from $250-500/hour (or more; the median seems to be around $350/hour).  I'm not aware of anyone that has a half hour rate.

Massage parlors tend to be poor if you're not a frequent visitor.

Bar girls will be hit or miss (more like miss a lot if you're on a budget).  It depends on your negotiating skills and the girl and time of day/month.

Brothels are probably not a good choice given that the house fee starts at $200, give or take, and it's a 50% split between the house and the girl.

Might be able to find some really skanky looking streetwalkers but I wouldn't touch them with a 10' pole.

One other note, upselling is a major mood killer for me.  You'll find that with agencies and some bar girls (unless you worked it out in advance).  When you're on a budget, it may kill your entire session.
