Never stated he was her client at all.  It sounded to me that is was like a party going on.  So it could have been nothing more than that.  The revelation of his status makes you wonder about other things then.

So I guess she is just a name dropping gossip. I still wouldn't trust her with my information.

Just that they went to a couple of parties at his house.They were party girls and if they got caught up in the party scene and showered well with gifts then I can see it. But they never said anything about sex, just the parties. Again I didn't ask or pry.
