I understand the secrecy and caution. I just see no reason to have to see one in order to see another. The "doubles" thing doesn't appeal to me. I have had too many bad experiences in that adventure.

I read a lot of Vegas ads, and see several posts from Vegas ladies saying they have "friends" who they can bring along for a date. Are the ladies being a little selfish? I wouldn't mind meeting one of the "friends" one-on-one, but have no way of contacting them without going through the fine independent ladies.

I have several LV independents on my radar when I come to visit for a week. Heck, I'm hoping to meet a beautiful woman every night, but I've always had good luck with the UTR type, especially the ones who are just looking for some extra fun away from everyday hassles or in need of extra funds.
Don't get me wrong, I have no problem with rates of any size. It's just that most ladies who are really UTR usually give maximum effort and have an open menu.
