the selection might not be as good but the Adult Superstores on Spring Mountain (just west of I-15) and Valley View just north of Tropicana have a decent selection.

The sister store to the Love Boutique is the Adult Emporium on Tropicana off Arville.  There's a small store specializing in clothing called Strings on the east side of Arville south of Tropicana.

For a more BDSM feel, there's a few stores with only one that comes to the mind at the moment: the Rack, which is in the Commercial Center (somewhere at 953 E. Sahara).  I think there's a similar store somewhere on Paradise (name and address escape me at the moment).
