I have posted on this site... 2 times now. Not a lot guys are probably still getting used to me. I will give you my run down. Because I am really not sure what I should try or what I should try first? Last week when I posted I had 2 men messages me saying let's meet. that was cool, but I would have rather had then contact me though my website and fill out all my information for a Appointment Request. I messaged then back and Thanked then, asked then to review my sight and if they were still interested in me Request to be screened. I understand why they would't want to give there info out to a Newbie, but those are also the jerks I do not want. I have to be safe and feel comfortable. It's at there own digression. All of us are taking a risk with this everyday. And If they are gentlemen who care for our well being they would understand that.  

I really think I should advertising, but I don't know where or who to ask. I lowered my price to $500. I was really wanting to charge more for a hour. But It looks like that is hard to do in a industry where the norm starts at only $350. I don't really like that starting price and don't know who created that price. But I would rather go off of income. But even then trying to work out a arrangement, for monthly allowance with a Sugar Daddy. They do not want to go off of their income. because they want to still just pay you like a escort per meet and think they can get a dinner date for cheaper if they pay you as a monthly allowance.  

I did consider Agencies, I tried 100 Proof and thought I would have got signed. After I applied he called me that same night only a few hours later. But I am also new to TER and don't have any reviews and he thrived mainly off of reviews. My main reason to get a Agent was to start out in this Industry. I saw his site and it excited me that donations started at $500, but or course $150 is taken out. But I would have been happy to actually be working and get a review or two. He also doesn't want any of his girls working independently so I guess I bombed the Interview by saying I would still like to, yes. Is this the norm with all agencies? I thought they just didn't want us working for any other Agency Being a former actress. I know Agencies in the acing world love when actors are always looking for work, Weather they get a cut or not. They want someone who is driven and not completely 100% reliant on them for there monthly pay check. And I know girls who want to work every night like clock work. He seemed a little controlling and I am sorry if there are men reading this that are his friend. But he told me he wants girls that will start working for him and never go anywhere. He said he had a girl working for him for 4 years. That is good for him and his business. But the last thing I need is to work for someone that is working to hold me back. And not pursue other avenues. I really hope for much bigger things to happen for some of the girls who do this. And would wish to keep then here forever. I want to buy a home, a lot of homes.  

I want a beautiful custom sight but can't pay $1,000 to get it now. And I am also going to get more pictures in the next few weeks I hope! Maybe, that will help me too.

- Post your pictures on photo board , contests and etc  
-Do not lower your prices

Eventually somebody will see you and few reviews later , you will thrive. Do not give up.

Be patient we have all had to start at the beginning.
There are many sites to advertise on just do a Google search for escorts las vegas.
Also,when you work for an agency normally they don't want you to work other places.
The only agencies that don't care are the bait and switch ones and you don't want to work for them.

A bit of advice to you....it probably would have been best to keep your private conversation between 100proof just that private.
He is well respected here and guys really don't need to read the behind scenes convo and split that agency charges.
You already mentioned it once in way more detail on another board here.
Hang in there...somebody will come along and will toftt and provide you with the necessary screening info for you to be comfortable.
Every lady sets her rates at what she's comfortable with.
There are providers here at all price points not just 350 not sure where you got that info from.

You don't have to have a 1k site you can create a free site temporarily if you don't have one already.

But you posted on the 'Newbie Board' and people tried to give you advice, including myself, and you ended up posting personal business information regarding 100 Proof, as you've done here. Then when hobbyists told you politely that what you did was wrong, you went BSC on them. Then PerfectStorm, who oversees the 'Newbie Board, posted to you saying you were wrong to post the info, and you disappeared. Sasha, I had two agencies who were interested in signing you, until they read your thread on the 'Newbie Board.' I won't even repeat what they said about your inappropriate and unacceptable behavior. Sasha, I would NEVER recommend you to anyone!  

It's looking obvious you've got an issue with 100 Proof, and IMHO, it's best to keep it off the boards! Please know, discretion is paramount when interacting with people in this business. When someone reads your posts, they may wonder (as I do) if I have a conversation with Sasha, will she write all the details of our conversation on TER's boards and/or repeat it to others?!

1.) godaddy is a good value and easy enough to use if you don't want to invest in a web designer and if you want to control your content.

2.) don't air your dirty laundry  

3.) get professional photos (it helps a lot and sends a more polished image while showing investment in your business)

4.) find a provider to team up with - she can help you gain exposure as well as legitimize you

5.) your listed hours are a bit strange - try having more flexibility or don't list the hours, you can explain your availability once you have established contact with someone  

6.) spell check your website (lots of errors)

7.) only post positive stuff as much as you can (to start) so you don't come off as unpleasant. guys are booking you for fun, not drama, they get that at home.

I agree with what everyone mentioned above as far as advice goes. It took me a whole year of patience and treating everyone with the most respect to gain my first reviews and get going in the industry. Make sure you are sweet and accommodating. After all it is a service we provide.It is important to remain humble. Participate positively on the boards and stay drama free and nice and it will take you far in this industry! You will meet some amazing people on here so I would stay on everyone's good side.

In a world where discretion is a MUST, you don't seem to understand what that entails.  You continue to post information that  you shouldn't and anyone with any smarts wouldn't.  Yet twice you have, even after being politely informed not to.  If you do that now, do you honestly think I'm going to give you my info so quickly?  I'm not sure at this point other ladies whom you may reach out to for verification may now also have second thoughts.  You show totally disregard for keeping things private.

I would also be hesitant to write a review.  I can only imagine your reaction if you were to get one that is not to your liking.  I can see you posting in retaliation for it.  Thanks, but no thanks.  Drama is something I neither want nor need.

She is hardly the first spoiled brat to come on these boards refusing to listen to anyone, no matter how helpful or nice they try to be.  

Sasha, the first rule of the internet is "when you find yourself in a hole, STOP digging" The way you are going no one is going to want to see you. I know I wouldn't see you at this point on a bet. NO ONE likes a hooker with no discretion and you have proven over and over you can't keep your big fat mouth shut.

Your last little rant was on the newbie board where everyone was required to be "nice" we are under no such obligation here and I for one am going to tell you exactly what I think. You are your own worst enemy, revealing private conversations is a good way to lose every ones trust and respect, trying to bad mouth one of LV's oldest and best respected agencies is another. Not listening to people who have been doing this for decades is yet another.

My suggestion is to go away, rebrand yourself and start over again under a new name. Your looks aren't that memorable and if you come back in a few weeks under a new name and more importantly, with a new "ATTITUDE"  you might find yourself welcomed by the community. "Most" newbies are welcomed to the community, and you aren't homely. Personally I think a grand an hour for a newbie is reaching for the stars, but at $500 you should get business, and "possibly" you can increase your rates as you start developing a "good" reputation.

If you do take my advice (doubtful I know) a couple of things to remember when you come back. Most guys don't want a drama queen, ALL guys want the hookers they see to exercise discretion, and NO guys are going to see a hooker who is a known blabbermouth.

If you know how to read and follow concise sentence formatting. Theperfectstorn and 100 proof responded very late to a Newbie board I posted. They probably responded the same day I posted my New Board. I reported it and tried to have it removed. GoGambler it really seems you have a lot of time on your hands to invest in fallowing my boards and being disrespectful. I really don't know anyone would ever say you know the most about the rules when you insults, name call and harasses women on public boards. I have no respect for men who speak to women that way and would never take you as a client. Even if you offered $1,000 for a hour. Your very unprofessional message you posted on my previous boards really did nothing for me. If you want to get a message through to someone. Next time try it privately and well versed. If I get payed $500 or $1,000 for a hour,  It had noting to do with my looks and you know that. I am anything but average and I am told that constantly. I wonder when you reply to peoples boards, do you always insult and criticize then? Or is anything you say ever say actually constructive? For the horrible people that don't have good things to say. I was "nice" to you on the Newbie Board as was everyone else, some of the posters were downright helpful and bent over backwards to help you. I have no obligation to be "nice" here, and please get spellcheck or at least proofread your posts before claiming "concise sentence formatting" what ever the fuck that is supposed to mean.

I treat women equally, when they are entitled bitches or simply BSC, I don't pull my punches. When they are smart, witty, well spoken and actually "nice people" I treat them accordingly. You picked a great thread for being "mean" to women as at least half of the women who posted on this very thread happen to be good friends of mine, women who I talk to all the time "off the boards" They get it, and have been around for several years, and they "could have been" great allies and friends to you as well, but with your big mouth you blew it as I doubt any of them are going to be willing to lift a finger to help you in the future.

When was the last time a newbie provider ever been so naive to attempt what I'll call "bitch slap" you and tell you that you're wrong.

Her response proved to me that she is an accident waiting to land on some poor unsuspecting hobbyist. I'm just thankful it's not me.

and very few of them are memorable enough to remember many details about them as most of these delusional hookers with stars in their eyes and delusions of adequacy rarely last long.

A few of them have made it, against all odds of course and are remembered. One of the most memorable and an absolute joy to fuck with was BSCTaylor Steele. She too came on the boards with about 15 minutes of experience and proceeded to tell the guys and the girls alike exactly what we were all doing wrong, up to and including ridiculing proper screening and claiming she could "just tell" who was legit and who was not.

BSC hookers come and BSC hookers go, most of them aren't remembered for more than about five minutes after they are gone. I predict the same for this one. She simply is not hot enough or smart enough to make much of an impact here, and she seems to have a penchant for burning bridges. She is in desperate need of someone with experience to guide her, but she can't seem to keep overcome her nature to bite the hands that are trying to help feed her. I am sure "someone" will eventually book with her, but even on the grade inflated TER scale, she will barely rate an 8 in appearance and I can't imagine her doing any better in performance, so where is there really a place for a thousand dollar an hour hooker who is going to get 8-8 reviews at best? Not on TER, that's for sure.

Sometimes the best lessons to learn from are from worst experiences. I've been put through some interesting experiences over the years, ones that would push a person to their absolute limit. I've become resilient. Picked myself up, brushed myself off and took the attitude "Is that the best you can throw at me".  

The key was looking back at it, understanding it and learning from it. If she's got any common sense, she'll do what you and the others suggested and turn the ship around. Lessons in this world can come with a heavy price to pay.
